【摘要】：美國高校最早探索并實踐教師績效評價體系,經(jīng)歷了初始的確立到制度化和規(guī)范化的完善過程,具有多樣靈活的評價標準和方法、規(guī)范化的評價程序與步驟、前瞻性的評價結(jié)果和目的等特點,以及客觀、公正、適合長期發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢。結(jié)合當前我國高校教師績效評價存在的評價指標的片面性、評價過程的單向性以及評價目的的單一性等問題,借鑒美國高校教師績效評價的成功經(jīng)驗,提出在我國高校教師績效評價制度和評價體系再設(shè)計中,完善評價指標體系、規(guī)范績效評價程序以及優(yōu)化績效評價功能的基本思路。
[Abstract]:The earliest exploration and practice of teacher performance evaluation system in American colleges and universities has gone through the process of initial establishment to institutionalization and standardization, with various and flexible evaluation standards and methods, standardized evaluation procedures and steps. Prospective evaluation results and objectives, as well as objective, fair, suitable for long-term development advantages. Combined with the one-sidedness of the evaluation index, the unidirectional nature of the evaluation process and the singularity of the purpose of the evaluation, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of the performance evaluation of the teachers in colleges and universities in the United States. This paper puts forward the basic idea of perfecting the evaluation index system, standardizing the performance evaluation procedure and optimizing the function of the performance evaluation in the performance evaluation system and the re-design of the evaluation system of college teachers in our country.
