【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件不斷改善和高等教育的快速發(fā)展,使更多的學(xué)生有條件去培養(yǎng)自己的特長(zhǎng),并以特長(zhǎng)生的身份進(jìn)入大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)。近年來(lái),高校特長(zhǎng)生招收數(shù)量逐步增加,并已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)大學(xué)生群體重要組成部分。特長(zhǎng)生與普通學(xué)生相比,他們有著鮮明的個(gè)性,獨(dú)特的行為方式以及其他方面的群體性特點(diǎn),諸如：自律精神較差、文化基礎(chǔ)薄弱、專業(yè)技能較強(qiáng)、個(gè)性突出等方面的特征。如何針對(duì)特長(zhǎng)生的群體特征,有的放矢地開(kāi)展思想政治教育,是新時(shí)期我國(guó)高校思想政治教育必須面對(duì)和解決的重大理論和實(shí)踐課題。本文針對(duì)特長(zhǎng)生的群體性特征,提出尊重個(gè)性,因“特”施教；以人為本,按“長(zhǎng)”施教的理念。比較全面地闡述了我國(guó)特長(zhǎng)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展集體教育、人本教育、挫折教育等高校特長(zhǎng)生思想政治教育的有效途徑,這對(duì)于豐富高校思想政治教育工作內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)對(duì)特長(zhǎng)生的思想政治教育力度,培養(yǎng)更多合格的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者、更多可靠的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)接班人具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of social and economic conditions and the rapid development of higher education, more and more students have the conditions to cultivate their own specialties and enter university as gifted students.In recent years, the number of talented students in colleges and universities has gradually increased, and has become an important part of college students in our country.Compared with ordinary students, gifted students have distinct personality, unique behavior style and other collective characteristics, such as poor self-discipline, weak cultural foundation, strong professional skills, outstanding personality and so on.How to carry out ideological and political education in accordance with the group characteristics of gifted students is an important theoretical and practical subject that our colleges and universities must face and solve in the new period.In this paper, the author puts forward the idea of respecting individuality, giving education because of "special", taking people as the center and teaching according to "long" according to the group characteristics of students with special abilities.This paper comprehensively expounds the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education for gifted students in our country, and puts forward some effective ways to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as collective education, humanism education, frustration education, etc.This is of great practical significance for enriching the contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthening the ideological and political education for gifted students, training more qualified socialist builders and more reliable successors of socialist cause.
