【摘要】：截止2011年末，全國(guó)共有389所獨(dú)立學(xué)院，并且其數(shù)量還在持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生人數(shù)也逐步增長(zhǎng)，占到了全國(guó)院校本科人數(shù)的43%，獨(dú)立學(xué)院的規(guī)模和招生數(shù)量還在進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。面對(duì)如此迅猛地發(fā)展形勢(shì)，加強(qiáng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)已成為我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院能否健康發(fā)展的重要組成部分，本文將從獨(dú)立學(xué)院自身發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)、獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn)、獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員的工作性質(zhì)及基本要求等方面全面分析目前我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員工作的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)及面臨的諸多困難，通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的分析并結(jié)合今后獨(dú)立學(xué)院發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)尋求出一條能夠滿足我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院健康發(fā)展的輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化建設(shè)之路。本文內(nèi)容主要分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分是研究概要，主要闡述關(guān)于本課題的研究背景、研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容以及研究本課題所采用的方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。隨著教育產(chǎn)業(yè)化理念的提出，大量民間資本涌入教育領(lǐng)域，全國(guó)各個(gè)地區(qū)的獨(dú)立學(xué)院如雨后春筍般迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)，獨(dú)立學(xué)院的數(shù)量、規(guī)模都在不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大，隨之而來(lái)的就是獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員這個(gè)群體地迅猛發(fā)展。在沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的職業(yè)化建設(shè)的情況下，將不可避免的出現(xiàn)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)參差不齊的局面，而如何破解這種困境則是本文的研究意義所在。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、比較分析法法等方法，探索一條符合時(shí)代需求的獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化道路。 第二部分是獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展的概述，分別對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院辦學(xué)特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)、學(xué)生特點(diǎn)及問(wèn)題、輔導(dǎo)員工作性質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析，通過(guò)上述三點(diǎn)分析來(lái)強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)階段關(guān)于獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化建設(shè)的重要性，，進(jìn)而闡述輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵及其要求。 第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查，分析獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展中取得的成績(jī)及存在的問(wèn)題。 第四個(gè)部分則是提出優(yōu)化方案，從重視獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化建設(shè)，到健全獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化機(jī)制，再到建立高效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和完善的測(cè)評(píng)體系，從而達(dá)到增強(qiáng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化的自身發(fā)展能力的目的，使獨(dú)立學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員的工作能夠更好的服務(wù)于學(xué)生、服務(wù)于院校發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2011, there were 389 independent colleges in the country, and the number of independent colleges was still growing, and the number of students in independent colleges had gradually increased, accounting for 43 percent of the total number of undergraduate courses in national colleges. The size and enrollment of independent colleges were still expanding.In the face of such a rapid development situation, strengthening the professionalization of independent college counselors has become an important part of the healthy development of independent colleges in China.The characteristics of independent college students, the nature and basic requirements of independent college counselors, and so on, are comprehensively analyzed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the trend of the development of independent colleges in the future, this paper tries to find out a way for the professional construction of counselors to meet the needs of the healthy development of independent colleges in China.The content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is a summary of the research, mainly about the research background, research significance, research content, research methods and innovation.With the concept of education industrialization, a large number of private capital poured into the field of education, independent colleges in various regions of the country sprang up rapidly, the number and scale of independent colleges are constantly expanding.What comes with it is the rapid development of the group of independent college counselors.In the absence of a unified professional construction, there will inevitably be a situation of uneven quality of counselors, and how to solve this dilemma is the significance of this study.By using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis, this paper explores a way to professionalize the counselors in independent colleges that meet the needs of the times.The second part is an overview of the professional development of independent college counselors, analysis of the characteristics and development of independent colleges, students' characteristics and problems, the nature of counselors' work.Through the above three analysis to strengthen the importance of the construction of professionalization of counselors in independent colleges at present, and then explain the connotation and requirements of the professionalization of counselors.The third part analyzes the achievements and problems in the development of the professionalization of counselors in independent colleges by investigating the status of professionalization of counselors in independent colleges.The fourth part is to put forward the optimization scheme, from attaching importance to the professionalization of counselors in independent colleges, to perfecting the professionalization mechanism of counselors in independent colleges, to establishing efficient incentive mechanism and perfect evaluation system.In order to enhance the independent college counselors' professional development ability, the work of independent college counselors can better serve students, serve for the development of colleges and universities.
