接受主體視域下高校思想政治教育接受困境及對策研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治教育有助于大學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的思想品德修養(yǎng)并在此基礎(chǔ)上形成社會所認(rèn)可并接納的行為習(xí)慣。高校思想政治教育是大學(xué)生審視自我、了解社會、認(rèn)識世界的重要環(huán)節(jié)。大學(xué)生正是通過對思想政治教育信息的擇取、整合、理解而形成科學(xué)的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。在日常思想政治教育過程中,如果只強(qiáng)調(diào)傳授者的主導(dǎo)性作用而不注重接受者的主動(dòng)性作用,那么思想政治教育就達(dá)不到所應(yīng)該起到的效果。思想政治教育過程不僅僅是傳授者對接受者的施教活動(dòng),也應(yīng)該是接受者認(rèn)同、理解與接受傳授者教育內(nèi)容并外化踐行的活動(dòng)。面對著不甚理想的接受效果,需要引入接受理論來研究高校思想政治教育,在高校思想政治教育過程中,從接受主體的個(gè)體特征出發(fā),注重接受者和其他要素的互動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了接受者內(nèi)化與外化的統(tǒng)一,緩解了大學(xué)生的接受困境,實(shí)現(xiàn)了思想政治教育教書育人的目的。 本文研究的重點(diǎn)主要是高校思想政治教育接受主體的困境,分析其成因并提出相應(yīng)的對策。將接受理論的主要思想與高校思想政治教育的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,力圖優(yōu)化高校思想政治教育中大學(xué)生的接受效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育的科學(xué)性、針對性與實(shí)效性,同時(shí)也達(dá)到了提高大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì),健全大學(xué)生人格,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展的意義。 本文正文主要包括四個(gè)部分: 第一部分通過對接受理論的綜述和對接受涵義的界定,為將接受理論引入高校思想政治教育做了理論上的準(zhǔn)備。 第二部分在分析接受理論與高校思想政治教育結(jié)合的背景、必要性的前提下,對高校思想政治教育接受的定義、系統(tǒng)要素、動(dòng)態(tài)過程做了界定,得出接受主體在接受活動(dòng)中的重要性,并通過分析接受主體的心理特征、行為特征、思維特征、價(jià)值特征為下文探討接受主體困境及成因做了鋪墊。 第三部分從作為接受主體的在校大學(xué)生在接受過程中自身的特征與接受系統(tǒng)其他要素之間的沖突角度來分析高校思想政治教育接受主體困境及其成因。 第四部分,結(jié)合接受主體困境的成因,從優(yōu)化接受主體自身矛盾、優(yōu)化接受主體與傳授者之間的矛盾、優(yōu)化接受主體與接受介體之間的矛盾,優(yōu)化接受主體與接受環(huán)境的矛盾角度探尋策略,探索優(yōu)化接受主體困境的對策。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is helpful for college students to cultivate good ideological and moral cultivation and on this basis to form social accepted and accepted behavior habits.Ideological and political education is an important link for college students to examine themselves, understand society and understand the world.College students form a scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values through the selection, integration and understanding of ideological and political education information.In the process of daily ideological and political education, if we only emphasize the leading role of the teacher and not the initiative role of the receiver, then the ideological and political education can not achieve the effect that should be played.The process of ideological and political education is not only the teaching activity of the teacher to the receiver, but also the activity that the receiver recognizes, understands and accepts the content of the teacher's education and externalizes the practice.In the face of the unsatisfactory acceptance effect, we need to introduce the acceptance theory to study the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should focus on the interaction between the receiver and other elements, starting from the individual characteristics of the subject.Thus, it realizes the unity of internalization and externalization of recipients, alleviates the plight of college students' acceptance, and realizes the purpose of teaching and educating people in ideological and political education.This paper focuses on the plight of the subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, analyzes its causes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.By combining the main ideas of the reception theory with the actual situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper tries to optimize the acceptance effect of college students in ideological and political education, and to realize the scientific, pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the same time, it also achieves the significance of improving the ideological and moral quality of college students, perfecting the personality of college students and promoting the all-round development of college students.The main body of this paper consists of four parts:The first part makes theoretical preparations for the introduction of reception theory into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities through the summary of the reception theory and the definition of the meaning of acceptance.The second part, on the premise of analyzing the background and necessity of the combination of acceptance theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, defines the definition, system elements and dynamic process of the acceptance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.By analyzing the psychological characteristics, behavior characteristics, thinking characteristics and value characteristics of the subject, the author points out the importance of the subject in the reception activities, and paves the way for the discussion of the plight and causes of the subject below.The third part analyzes the dilemma and causes of the acceptance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the conflict between the characteristics of the college students and the other elements of the acceptance system.The fourth part, combined with the causes of the plight of the subject of acceptance, from the optimization of the contradictions between the subject itself, the contradiction between the subject and the teacher, the contradiction between the subject and the medium.This paper explores strategies to optimize the dilemma between the subject and the environment.
