【摘要】：生涯適應(yīng)力作為個(gè)體生涯發(fā)展的中心建構(gòu),有助于個(gè)體應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境的不確定性和環(huán)境的變動(dòng)。通過(guò)探討生涯適應(yīng)力對(duì)高校生涯咨詢的從靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)向動(dòng)態(tài),關(guān)注個(gè)體生命全程,將自我探索與環(huán)境進(jìn)行整合具有重要的意義。因此,生涯咨詢者需要評(píng)估個(gè)體所處的生涯狀態(tài),幫助個(gè)體將自己置于環(huán)境中,在反思的基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)生涯適應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:As the central construction of individual career development, career adaptability is helpful for individuals to cope with the uncertainty of environment and the change of environment.It is of great significance to discuss the change of career adaptability from static to dynamic, to pay attention to the whole process of individual life, and to integrate self-exploration with environment.Therefore, career counselors need to assess the career status of individuals, help individuals to put themselves in the environment, and construct career adaptability on the basis of reflection.
