【摘要】：建國以來,我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度經(jīng)歷了從“統(tǒng)包統(tǒng)分”到“雙向選擇、自主擇業(yè)”的歷史轉(zhuǎn)變,與此同時,用人單位的選人用人制度也隨之發(fā)生變化。在此過程中,越來越多的大學(xué)生在畢業(yè)后都面臨著就業(yè)困擾,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃意識模糊,職業(yè)價值觀念不斷呈現(xiàn)出新的特點。特別是近年來,隨著畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的逐年增加和就業(yè)形勢的日益嚴峻,如何引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立健康的職業(yè)價值觀,對保證畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)、個人的全面健康發(fā)展、高等教育的日益完善及社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建則顯得更為重要。另一方面,當前我國職業(yè)價值觀教育存在的諸多問題也使其日益成為高校思想政治教育研究的重要課題和現(xiàn)實問題。 本文從當前我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育存在的問題出發(fā),深入分析帶來這些問題的主要原因,探討加強大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的對策,為將來解決畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難題提供有益指導(dǎo),為教育機構(gòu)和主管部門制定教學(xué)計劃和就業(yè)政策提供參考意見,為大學(xué)生學(xué)習和就業(yè)提供合理的建議。 全文一共由五部分組成：第一部分,導(dǎo)論。主要闡釋了本論題的提出與選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)價值觀與職業(yè)價值觀教育的相關(guān)概念、研究思路與方法四個方面。第二部分,主要從緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)難題、實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展、豐富高校思想政治教育內(nèi)容、構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會四個角度,強調(diào)了加強大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的必要性。第三部分,重點從性質(zhì)界定、教育理念、教育內(nèi)容、教育方式、教育主體和教育合力六個方面剖析了當前大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育存在的主要問題,并探討了存在這些問題的主要原因。第四部分,作為本次研究的最終目標,對加強大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的基本對策進行了針對性探究,主要包括提高重視程度、明確基本原則、建構(gòu)教育內(nèi)容、探索教育形式、完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、健全師資隊伍、營造教育環(huán)境七個方面。第五部分,結(jié)語。主要總結(jié)了此次的研究成果,提出了作者的展望和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the employment system of college students in our country has experienced a historical change from "turnkey distribution" to "two-way choice and independent choice of employment". At the same time, the system of selecting and employing persons in the employing units has also changed with it.In this process, more and more college students are faced with employment problems after graduation, the consciousness of career planning is vague, and the concept of career values is constantly showing new characteristics.Especially in recent years, with the increasing number of graduates and the increasingly serious employment situation, how to guide college students to set up healthy professional values, to ensure the smooth employment of graduates and the overall and healthy development of individuals,The improvement of higher education and the construction of socialist harmonious society are more important.On the other hand, there are many problems in vocational value education in our country, which make it become an important subject and practical problem of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Starting from the problems existing in the vocational value education of college students in our country, this paper analyzes the main causes of these problems, and probes into the countermeasures to strengthen the vocational value education of college students.It provides useful guidance for solving the employment problem of graduates in the future, provides reference for educational institutions and competent departments to formulate teaching plans and employment policies, and provides reasonable suggestions for the study and employment of college students.The paper consists of five parts: the first part, the introduction.This paper mainly explains the significance of this topic, the present research situation, the related concepts of vocational values and vocational value education, and the research ideas and methods.In the second part, from four angles of alleviating the employment problem of college students, realizing the healthy development of college students, enriching the contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and constructing a harmonious socialist society,The necessity of strengthening the education of college students' vocational values is emphasized.The third part analyzes the main problems in the vocational value education of college students from the following six aspects: the definition of nature, the concept of education, the content of education, the way of education, the subject of education and the resultant force of education.The main reasons for these problems are also discussed.The fourth part, as the ultimate goal of this study, probes into the basic countermeasures to strengthen the vocational value education of college students, including enhancing the degree of attention, clarifying the basic principles, constructing the educational content and exploring the educational form.Improve employment guidance, improve the ranks of teachers, and create an educational environment in seven areas.The fifth part, conclusion.This paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the author's prospects and suggestions.
