【摘要】：十八大提出積極培育社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,全面提高公民道德素質(zhì)。以“八榮八恥”為核心的社會(huì)主義榮辱觀繼承了中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,是對(duì)社會(huì)主義思想道德體系全面、準(zhǔn)確、通俗的表達(dá)。新疆與中亞諸國比鄰，周邊政治環(huán)境復(fù)雜，直接受敵對(duì)勢(shì)力破壞。新疆又是個(gè)多民族、多宗教、多文化并存地區(qū)。因此，新疆在實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中，除了要面對(duì)現(xiàn)代化中普遍問題，還要還面臨民族問題、宗教問題等諸多復(fù)雜挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下，加強(qiáng)新疆高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育，一方面是大學(xué)生提高自身思想道德素質(zhì)的迫切需要，，另一方面對(duì)提高新疆各族群眾的思想道德素質(zhì)具有輻射、推動(dòng)作用，從而促進(jìn)新疆的長治久安，實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的跨越式發(fā)展。 本文以新疆高校在校大學(xué)生為對(duì)象，通過查閱資料、問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)人訪談，了解新疆高校大學(xué)生的社會(huì)主義榮辱觀現(xiàn)狀，以此為基礎(chǔ)提出加強(qiáng)新疆大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的途徑。全文分四大部分：第一部分是新疆高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的理論基礎(chǔ)。從中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的榮辱觀展開，論述了社會(huì)主義榮辱觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵、重大意義、思想淵源、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，和新疆高校進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的重要性；第二部分分析了新疆大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀現(xiàn)狀；第三部分分析了新疆高校社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育存在問題的原因；第四部分從樹立教育新理念、加強(qiáng)教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、拓寬教育途徑和方法、提高學(xué)生主動(dòng)性和積極性方面，提出加強(qiáng)新疆高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的建議。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress put forward the idea of actively cultivating socialist core values and comprehensively improving the moral quality of citizens. The socialist concept of honor and disgrace, which takes "eight Honors and eight Shames" as the core, inherits the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and is a comprehensive view of the socialist ideological and moral system. Xinjiang is close to the Central Asian countries, its political environment is complex, and it is directly destroyed by hostile forces. Xinjiang is also a multi-ethnic, multi-religious, and multi-cultural region. Therefore, Xinjiang is in the process of realizing modernization. In addition to facing the common problems in modernization, we must also face many complicated challenges, such as ethnic and religious problems. In this context, we should strengthen the education of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace among college students in Xinjiang. On the one hand, it is an urgent need for college students to improve their own ideological and moral qualities. On the other hand, it has a radiating and promoting role in improving the ideological and moral quality of the people of all nationalities in Xinjiang, thus promoting the long-term stability of Xinjiang. Xinjiang's economic and social development by leaps and bounds. This paper takes the college students in Xinjiang as the object, through consulting materials, questionnaires and personal interviews, to understand the status quo of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace of university students in Xinjiang. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the theoretical basis of the education of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace of university students in Xinjiang, which is carried out from the view of honor and disgrace in Chinese traditional culture. This paper discusses the scientific connotation, great significance, ideological origin, realistic basis of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and the importance of carrying out education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace in Xinjiang colleges and universities, the second part analyzes the present situation of socialist concept of honor and disgrace of college students in Xinjiang. The third part analyzes the causes of the problems in the education of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace in Xinjiang colleges and universities, the fourth part, from the aspects of setting up a new concept of education, strengthening the construction of the educational team, widening the ways and methods of education, and improving the initiative and enthusiasm of the students. Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace for college students in Xinjiang.
