高師體育院系學(xué)生乒乓球裁判工作能力的現(xiàn)狀與培養(yǎng)對(duì)策

【摘要】:乒乓球是我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,被視為中國(guó)體育界立足于國(guó)際賽場(chǎng)的一面旗幟,為中國(guó)體育事業(yè)做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。如此輝煌的戰(zhàn)績(jī)背后,離不開強(qiáng)大的裁判員隊(duì)伍。裁判員是乒乓球比賽的組織者,是乒乓球規(guī)則的執(zhí)法者,為保證比賽順利進(jìn)行起著至關(guān)重要的作用。其裁判工作能力的高低,直接影響運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)水平的發(fā)揮,對(duì)乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)的長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用,F(xiàn)階段,高師體育院系是乒乓球裁判員的主要輸出單位,提高其學(xué)生的裁判工作能力,對(duì)我國(guó)乒乓球裁判員的執(zhí)裁能力和整體水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等科研方法,以裁判工作能力為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)高師體育院系學(xué)生乒乓球裁判工作能力的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,找出培養(yǎng)裁判員過程中存在的制約因素,提出具有針對(duì)性的培養(yǎng)對(duì)策,從而提升高師體育院系學(xué)生乒乓球裁判工作能力,推進(jìn)我國(guó)乒乓球項(xiàng)目朝著“更高、更快、更強(qiáng)”的方向健康發(fā)展。研究表明: 1、我國(guó)高師體育院系學(xué)生乒乓球裁判員的性別結(jié)構(gòu)總體比例較平衡;多數(shù)學(xué)生主要集中在二級(jí)裁判員水平;在英語等級(jí)方面,一般停留在四級(jí)水平,雖能在比賽中進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單對(duì)話,但無法全程運(yùn)用英語在賽場(chǎng)上正規(guī)完成執(zhí)裁,顯然英語已成為裁判員晉級(jí)的最大障礙。 2、學(xué)生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)和裁判法的掌握情況較好,對(duì)新舊裁判規(guī)則的變化有一定的了解,但只有少數(shù)學(xué)生精通規(guī)則,對(duì)裁判手勢(shì)和術(shù)語的運(yùn)用游刃有余,其他學(xué)生仍需繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)裁判法細(xì)則,加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)的積淀。 3、由于高師體育院系的學(xué)生裁判員在技術(shù)方面有一定的掌握,所以對(duì)技術(shù)動(dòng)作的表達(dá)能力有較好的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間臨場(chǎng)情況下思想容易渙散,加之經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)匱乏,無法巧妙地解決臨場(chǎng)時(shí)的突發(fā)性疑難問題。 4、高師體育院系的學(xué)生裁判員大部分處于二級(jí)裁判員的初級(jí)水平,對(duì)競(jìng)賽組織的編排涉及較少,尤其是種子選手定位與非種子選手抽簽定位的問題出錯(cuò)率較高,還有一部分學(xué)生裁判員在循環(huán)賽的次序排列和平衡控制表的問題上容易出錯(cuò)。 5、由于比賽的復(fù)雜多樣性,學(xué)生裁判員不能很好地掌控比賽時(shí)間,無法確保比賽的連續(xù)性,,造成空?qǐng)龊瓦B場(chǎng)的局面,暴露出學(xué)生裁判員在臨場(chǎng)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足的問題。
[Abstract]:Table tennis is a traditional advantage item of our country, it is regarded as a banner of Chinese sports circle based on international competition field, and make great contribution to Chinese sports cause. The referee is the organizer of the table tennis game and the law enforcer of the table tennis rules, which plays an important role in ensuring the smooth progress of the match. At this stage, physical education department of normal college is the main output unit of ping-pong referees, and improves their students' ability of judging work, which directly affects the athletes' technical level and plays an important role in the rapid development of table tennis. It is of great practical significance to the judgment ability and the overall level of Chinese table tennis referees. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and takes the judgment ability as the starting point. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of the ping-pong referee's ability of the students in the department of physical education in normal universities, finds out the restrictive factors existing in the process of training the referees, and puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of ping-pong judges. So as to improve the ability of ping-pong referees of students in physical education colleges and universities, and promote the development of table tennis events in China in the direction of "higher, faster and stronger". The research shows that:. 1. The overall ratio of table tennis referees in physical education colleges and departments of normal colleges in China is relatively balanced; most of the students mainly concentrate on the level of second-level referees; in terms of English level, they generally stay at the level of four levels. Although the competition can have a simple dialogue, but can not use English in the field to complete the formal judgment, it is clear that English has become the biggest obstacle to the referee's promotion. 2. The students have a good grasp of the basic theory knowledge and the judgment method, and have a certain understanding of the changes of the new and the old rules, but only a few students are proficient in the rules and have a good command of the use of the judges' gestures and terms. Other students still need to continue to study the rules of adjudication, strengthen the accumulation of basic theoretical knowledge. 3. Because the referees of physical education colleges and departments in normal colleges have a certain degree of technical mastery, they have a good advantage over the expressive ability of technical movements, but they tend to lose their minds for a long time and experience is relatively lacking. Can not skillfully solve the sudden difficult problems. 4. Most of the referees in physical education departments of normal colleges are at the primary level of the second-level referees, and the arrangement of competition organization is less involved, especially the problem of seed player positioning and non-seeded players drawing lots is a higher error rate. There are also some student referees who are prone to errors in the order of round-robin and balance control tables. 5. Because of the complexity and diversity of the competition, the student referees can not control the match time well, and can not ensure the continuity of the match, resulting in the situation of the empty field and the continuous field, which exposes the problem that the student referees are inexperienced in the field.
