【摘要】：幸福是什么?這是人類千百年來一直探索的問題。您幸福嗎?又成為現(xiàn)今社會談?wù)摫容^多的一個話題。隨著文明的進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,物質(zhì)生活的日益提高,生活質(zhì)量越來越收到人們的重視。人們對幸福的追求也越來越多,幸福感的研究也越來越深入。 大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感的現(xiàn)狀反應(yīng)的是校園大學(xué)生生活質(zhì)量的狀況,對其身心健康及成長與發(fā)展都有著十分重要的影響,研究在校大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感具有重要的意義。但是近幾年研究的對象大多為普通院校的大學(xué)生,對于體育專業(yè)的大學(xué)生研究的卻較少。 為了解在杭體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生主觀幸福感的現(xiàn)狀及特點,探索主觀幸福感相關(guān)因素的影響作用,編制了在杭體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生主觀幸福感問卷。問卷確定了影響體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生主觀幸福感的8個維度：自我意識、人際關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟狀況、專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、課余時間管理、環(huán)境因素、就業(yè)、戀愛,共47個項目。對杭州市300名體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果顯示： (1)在性別上,體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感不存在顯著差異。 (2)體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生主觀幸福感在生源地上存在顯著性差異,城鎮(zhèn)的高于農(nóng)村的。 (3)體育專業(yè)不同年級的大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感具有顯著差異。總體來說大一的主觀幸福感最高,大四的學(xué)生最低。 (4)在自我意識、人際關(guān)系、專業(yè)和環(huán)境因素上男女生的主觀幸福感差異性不大。 (5)家庭經(jīng)濟狀況上,經(jīng)濟條件好的比經(jīng)濟條件差的幸福感略高一些。 (6)在課余時間管理和戀愛方面,女生的主觀幸福感高于男生。
[Abstract]:What is happiness? This is a question that mankind has been exploring for thousands of years. Are you happy? With the progress of civilization, the rapid development of economy, the improvement of material life, the quality of life has been paid more and more attention to. The study of happiness is also getting deeper and deeper. The present situation of college students' subjective well-being reflects the quality of life of college students, which has a very important influence on their physical and mental health, growth and development. It is of great significance to study the subjective well-being of college students. However, in recent years, most of the subjects of study are ordinary college students, but for the students majoring in physical education, the research is less. In order to understand the present situation and characteristics of subjective well-being of college students majoring in physical education in Hangzhou, and to explore the influence of factors related to subjective well-being, A questionnaire of subjective well-being of college students majoring in physical education in Hangzhou was compiled. The questionnaire determined the eight dimensions of subjective well-being of college students majoring in physical education: self-consciousness, interpersonal relationship, economic status, professional study, after-school time management, environmental factors, etc. Employment, love, a total of 47 projects. In Hangzhou, 300 college students majoring in physical education were investigated. The results show that:. 1) there is no significant difference in subjective well-being of PE majors in gender. 2) there is significant difference in subjective well-being of physical education major college students on the origin of students, the urban students are higher than the rural ones. In general, the subjective well-being of freshmen is the highest, and that of senior students is the lowest. (4) there is little difference in subjective well-being of male and female students in self-consciousness, interpersonal relationship, professional and environmental factors. 5) in the family economic condition, the economic condition is better than the poor economic condition happiness is slightly higher. In extracurricular time management and love, the subjective well-being of girls is higher than that of boys.
