【摘要】：高校作為知識青年的主要聚集地和多種思想相互撞擊的匯集地,既是知識創(chuàng)新和人才培養(yǎng)的主要陣地,又是與國內(nèi)外敵對勢力開展意識形態(tài)斗爭的前沿陣地。在這樣的背景下,使得推進高校學(xué)生思想政治教育科學(xué)管理變得十分必要和迫切。新中國成立以來,我國高校在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,一直注重學(xué)生的思想政治教育管理工作,為我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)出了一代又一代的優(yōu)秀建設(shè)者和接班人。高校學(xué)生思想政治教育能否實現(xiàn)科學(xué)管理,關(guān)系著高校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,關(guān)系著社會主義和諧社會構(gòu)建的成效。本文共分為六個部分。第一部分為緒論,主要闡述了論文的選題背景、意義、文獻綜述、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點；第二部分從四個方面主要闡述了高校學(xué)生思想政治教育科學(xué)管理的相關(guān)理論；第三部分在肯定了當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生思想政治教育管理成績的前提下,提出了高校學(xué)生思想政治教育管理中存在的問題,并進行了深入的原因分析；第四部分列舉了美國和新加坡兩國的思想政治教育管理經(jīng)驗；第五部分,提出了實現(xiàn)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育科學(xué)管理的對策；第六部分為結(jié)論,在總結(jié)本文的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了對高校學(xué)生思想政治教育科學(xué)管理的展望。
[Abstract]:As the main gathering place of intellectual youth and the gathering place where many kinds of ideas collide with each other, colleges and universities are not only the main position of knowledge innovation and talent training, but also the front position of ideological struggle with hostile forces at home and abroad. It is necessary and urgent to promote the scientific management of ideological and political education of college students. Since the founding of New China, colleges and universities in our country, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have always paid attention to the management of students' ideological and political education. For the socialist modernization construction of our country, the excellent constructors and successors have been cultivated from generation to generation. Whether the ideological and political education of college students can realize scientific management is related to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, significance, literature review, research methods and innovation points of the thesis; The second part mainly expounds the relevant theories of the scientific management of college students' ideological and political education from four aspects, and the third part affirms the achievements of the current college students' ideological and political education management. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the management of college students' ideological and political education, and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes; part 4th enumerates the management experiences of ideological and political education in the United States and Singapore; part 5th, This paper puts forward the countermeasures to realize the scientific management of college students' ideological and political education, 6th part as the conclusion, and puts forward the prospect of the scientific management of college students' ideological and political education on the basis of summing up this article.
