【摘要】：“培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人，，是高校的根本任務(wù)，也是高校黨的建設(shè)的根本任務(wù)。”高校學(xué)生黨建和大學(xué)生管理工作，始終是高校工作的重點(diǎn)，一直備受領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和學(xué)者的關(guān)注。大量學(xué)者從不同的側(cè)面和層次深入細(xì)致地研究這兩個(gè)問題，但是，將兩者結(jié)合起來研究的學(xué)者不多。本文從高校學(xué)生黨建工作與大學(xué)生管理工作的互動(dòng)入手，將兩者結(jié)合起來研究。由于社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展和高等教育大眾化、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的深刻影響，高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作既面臨機(jī)遇，也要面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)新世紀(jì)、新階段出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問題，高校必須改革創(chuàng)新工作方法和思路，開創(chuàng)高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作的新局面，提高工作的實(shí)效性，培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)者和接班人。 全文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論，主要闡述了選題背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法等。第二部分分析了高校學(xué)生黨建工作和大學(xué)生管理工作的一般理論，主要解決了基本理論問題，明確了高校學(xué)生黨建工作和大學(xué)生管理工作的內(nèi)涵與外延等。第三部分詳細(xì)解析了高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作的互動(dòng)內(nèi)容與途徑。從資源、目標(biāo)、功能等角度主要分析了高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作互動(dòng)的靜態(tài)內(nèi)容和動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)容；從主題、主體、載體等方面陳述了二者互動(dòng)的途徑。第四部分描述了高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作的互動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀，陳述了高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作互動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)的表現(xiàn)及成效，分析了它們互動(dòng)不夠協(xié)調(diào)的主要方面與原因。第五部分提出了構(gòu)建高校學(xué)生黨建與大學(xué)生管理工作良性互動(dòng)的對(duì)策建議，從思想理論、工作內(nèi)容、工作制度、工作隊(duì)伍等四個(gè)方面有針對(duì)性地提出了一系列新舉措。
[Abstract]:"training qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, who are fully developed in virtue, wisdom, and beauty, is not only the fundamental task of colleges and universities, but also the fundamental task of party building in colleges and universities." It has always been the focus of the work of colleges and universities, and has been the focus of attention of leaders and scholars. A large number of scholars from different aspects and levels of in-depth and meticulous study of these two issues, but, There are not many scholars who combine the two studies. This paper starts with the interaction between the party building work of college students and the management work of college students, and studies the two together. Because of the further development of the socialist market economy and the popularization of higher education, With the profound influence of modern information technology, college students' party building and college students' management are faced with both opportunities and challenges. In the face of the new situation and new problems in the new century and new stage, colleges and universities must reform and innovate their working methods and ideas. To create a new situation of college students' party building and college students' management, to improve the effectiveness of the work, to cultivate high-quality socialist builders and successors. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, etc. The second part analyzes the general theory of college students' party building and college students' management. It mainly solves the basic theoretical problems, clarifies the connotation and extension of the party building work and the management work of college students, etc. The third part analyzes the interactive contents and approaches between the party building and the management work of college students in detail. The paper mainly analyzes the static and dynamic contents of the interaction between college students' party building and college students' management from the point of view of objective and function. Part 4th describes the current situation of the interaction between college students' party building and college students' management, and describes the performance and effectiveness of the interaction and coordination between college students' party building and college students' management. This paper analyzes the main aspects and causes of the incoordination between them. Part 5th puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of benign interaction between the party building of college students and the management work of college students, including ideological theory, work content, work system, etc. The work force and so on four aspects has proposed a series of new measures pertinently.
