【摘要】：大學(xué)社團(tuán)是大學(xué)生遵循共同的興趣愛(ài)好自愿組成,并按照社團(tuán)章程開(kāi)展活動(dòng)的學(xué)生組織。同時(shí),大學(xué)生社團(tuán)作為高校實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要途徑,還是校園文化的主要載體,更是以學(xué)生自身興趣為基礎(chǔ)開(kāi)展學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效補(bǔ)充,在大學(xué)生的自我管理、自我教育、自我發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用�，F(xiàn)如今,隨著大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育改革創(chuàng)新的不斷深入和大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)在學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)方面的作用將更加突出。新時(shí)期大學(xué)生的人生觀、價(jià)值觀已經(jīng)發(fā)生較大改變,如何改進(jìn)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要、發(fā)揮大學(xué)生社團(tuán)應(yīng)有作用的大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式,是當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生管理的重要內(nèi)容之一。本研究就是對(duì)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式創(chuàng)新研究的一次嘗試。文章共分為六章,第一章主要介紹了論文研究的目的、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的內(nèi)容、方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,并提出了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)組織發(fā)展的歷史及現(xiàn)狀,以及我國(guó)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式的演變過(guò)程的探討與分析,找到我國(guó)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式存在的問(wèn)題以及這些問(wèn)題形成的原因。第四章主要介紹了西方大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式的特點(diǎn)以及成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第五章提出關(guān)于我國(guó)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式的創(chuàng)新,包括明確大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式創(chuàng)新的原則,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式創(chuàng)新的主要方向以及大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)于學(xué)生的意義。第六章結(jié)論部分總結(jié)了論文的主要結(jié)論以及存在的不足之處。本研究主要采用歷史文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪(fǎng)談法、對(duì)比分析法將高校學(xué)生作為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),從如何更好地培養(yǎng)與服務(wù)于學(xué)生作為研究主體,在構(gòu)建大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式方面具有創(chuàng)新性。本研究對(duì)于構(gòu)建適合我國(guó)大學(xué)的新時(shí)期社團(tuán)管理模式,促進(jìn)我國(guó)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The university association is the student organization which the university student forms voluntarily according to the common interest hobby, and carries on the activity according to the association constitution. At the same time, as the important way of carrying out the quality education in the university, the college student association is also the main carrier of the campus culture. It is also an effective supplement to the ideological and political education of students based on their own interests, which plays an important role in the self-management, self-education and self-development of college students. Nowadays, With the deepening of college quality education reform and innovation and the continuous development of campus culture construction, the role of college students' associations in student growth will become more prominent. In the new period, college students' outlook on life and values have changed greatly. How to improve the management mode of college students' association, to construct the management mode of college students' association, which can meet the needs of social development and give full play to the role of college students' associations, This research is an attempt to innovate the management mode of college students' association. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and puts forward the theoretical basis of this study. Chapter three is about the history and present situation of the development of college students' association organization in China. As well as the discussion and analysis of the evolvement process of the university student association management mode in our country, Chapter 4th mainly introduces the characteristics and successful experience of western university students' association management mode. Chapter 5th puts forward some suggestions on the university of our country. The innovation of management mode of student association, Including clarifying the principles of the innovation of university students' association management mode, The main direction of the innovation of college students' association management mode and the significance of the innovation of university students' association management mode to students. The conclusion of chapter 6th summarizes the main conclusions of the thesis and the shortcomings of the paper. Using the method of historical literature analysis, The interview method, the comparative analysis method regards the university student as the research starting point, from how to better train and serve for the student as the research subject, This study is of great reference value for the construction of a new management model for universities in China and for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of student associations in our country.
