高校教師幸福感及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:幸福感是衡量人們生活質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要的心理評(píng)定指標(biāo)。高校教師是我國高等教育的寶貴財(cái)富,而高校教師的幸福感是我國教育發(fā)展進(jìn)程的關(guān)鍵因素。高校教師的幸福感標(biāo)志著其自身心理、生活和工作等方面的感受,同時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生的幸福感也產(chǎn)生影響。因此,提高高校教師幸福感,是發(fā)展教育事業(yè)、提高教育質(zhì)量的重要課題之一。所以,筆者通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)遼寧省某高校的教師進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查。本研究以積極心理學(xué)的主觀幸福感理論為指導(dǎo),借鑒了國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)中相關(guān)量表的設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)具體應(yīng)用范圍和文化適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了調(diào)整改進(jìn),結(jié)合對(duì)一些教師進(jìn)行的相關(guān)訪談,形成預(yù)調(diào)查問卷,并通過預(yù)調(diào)查優(yōu)化變量指標(biāo),形成正式調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查得到1792份有效樣本。應(yīng)用SPSS17.0和Mplus6.12軟件對(duì)問卷信度、效度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。通過探索性和驗(yàn)證性結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析構(gòu)建了高校教師幸福感影響因素的模型,并進(jìn)行多樣本效度交叉驗(yàn)證。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):心理健康、社交關(guān)系及個(gè)人財(cái)務(wù)因素對(duì)高校教師的幸福感具有顯著影響。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)因素中年齡、工作性質(zhì)及婚姻影響高校教師的幸福感。最后筆者為提高高校教師幸福感提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策,社會(huì)應(yīng)為高校教師的生存發(fā)展提供良好的環(huán)境、學(xué)校管理應(yīng)以教師為本、教師自身要積極追求和創(chuàng)造幸福,通過社會(huì)、學(xué)校及教師自身三方面共同努力來提高高校教師的幸福感。
[Abstract]:Well-being is an important psychological evaluation index to measure people's quality of life. College teachers are precious wealth of higher education in China. The happiness of college teachers is a key factor in the process of educational development in China. The happiness of college teachers marks their own feelings of psychology, life and work, and also has an impact on the well-being of students. Improving the happiness of college teachers is one of the most important issues in developing education and improving the quality of education. The author conducted a sample survey of teachers in a university in Liaoning Province by means of a questionnaire survey. This study is guided by the subjective well-being theory of positive psychology and draws lessons from the design of relevant scales in domestic and foreign literature. According to the specific scope of application and cultural adaptability of the adjustment and improvement, combined with the relevant interviews with some teachers to form a pre-survey questionnaire, and through pre-investigation to optimize the variable indicators, form a formal questionnaire. 1 792 valid samples were obtained. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by SPSS17.0 and Mplus6.12 software. By using exploratory and confirmatory structural equation models, a model of influencing factors of college teachers' well-being was established. The results showed that mental health, social relationship and personal financial factors had significant effects on college teachers' well-being. The nature of work and marriage affect the happiness of college teachers. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the well-being of college teachers. The society should provide a good environment for the survival and development of university teachers, and the school management should be teacher-oriented. Teachers themselves should actively pursue and create happiness, through the social, school and teachers themselves to work together to improve the well-being of university teachers.
