【摘要】：隨著信息化項(xiàng)目的廣泛建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,如何評(píng)估項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的效果成為了各項(xiàng)目投資方和實(shí)施方關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。通過項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)客觀的評(píng)估項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、有效性,幫助企事業(yè)單位審視項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的得失,改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的效用,并為以后的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)鋪墊,這也是項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理工程的一部分。項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)成為了企事業(yè)單位信息化項(xiàng)目管理過程中的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),并逐漸成為項(xiàng)目管理中的重點(diǎn)。 本文將以XW學(xué)院為背景,對(duì)其實(shí)施的信息通項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)分析研究。在研究過程中,將采用基于層次分析法建立起項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行后評(píng)價(jià)分析；同時(shí)結(jié)合了統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)分析,采用邏輯框架法(LFA)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行后評(píng)價(jià)分析,以更好地綜合分析XW學(xué)院信息通在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中存在的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺陷,總結(jié)該項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)有的一些問題并提出相應(yīng)的建議。通過本文的分析研究,希望能夠?qū)W學(xué)院信息通項(xiàng)目的升級(jí)和維護(hù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)生一定的作用,并對(duì)以后信息化項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,同時(shí)也希望能對(duì)企事業(yè)單位的同類項(xiàng)目實(shí)施提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the extensive construction and application of the information project, how to evaluate the effect of the project implementation has become the focus of the project investors and implementers. To help enterprises and institutions examine the gains and losses of project construction, improve the effectiveness of project implementation, and provide some experience for future project construction. This is also a part of the project knowledge management engineering. Post-project evaluation has become the last link in the process of information project management in enterprises and institutions, and gradually become the focus of project management. This paper takes XW College as the background, carries on the project post-evaluation analysis research to its implementation information communication project. In the research process, will use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the project post-evaluation index system to carry on the post-evaluation analysis to the project; At the same time, combining the data analysis of statistical investigation and adopting the logical frame method to carry on the post-evaluation analysis to the project, in order to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of XW college information communication in the implementation of the project more synthetically. Through the analysis and research of this paper, we hope to have a certain effect on the upgrading and maintenance improvement of XW College information communication project. It also provides some experience and reference for the construction and application of information projects in the future, at the same time, it also hopes to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in enterprises and institutions.
