【摘要】：我國高等院校肩負著科學研究、人才培養(yǎng)和社會服務的重要職能，要真正承擔好這一重任，大學生思想政治教育就顯得非常重要。近年來，為加強大學生思想政治教育，黨和國家不斷有新精神、新舉措，也倡導各高等院校發(fā)揮自身能動性，積極思考新思路、探索新模式。但是，當前大學生思想政治教育工作依然面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。這就要求大學生思想政治教育工作須從學生的實際出發(fā)，力求突破原有的教育模式，進一步思考工作的新方法。在大學生思想政治教育中，運用個案社會工作的理念和方法，除了幫助出現(xiàn)障礙或有特殊需要的學生克服困難并滿足其特殊需要外，還可以滿足學生有關(guān)認知、學習需求及適應成長等方面的需要。本文在大量收集相關(guān)文獻資料、學習國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，與輔導員和學生精誠合作，廣泛開展調(diào)研，到學生學習生活一線進行實地觀察和訪談，認真總結(jié)分析，將理論結(jié)合實際，形成具有理論支撐和案例支撐的論文。本論文的研究，一方面豐富了大學生思想政治教育研究的內(nèi)容，另一方面開闊了大學生思想政治教育工作者的視野。同時，展開本課題的研究工作，有利于引導大學生健康成長，有利于提升大學生思想政治教育工作的實效性。本論文第一部分，著重分析“個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育研究”的背景，對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的相關(guān)研究做綜述，介紹本課題研究的內(nèi)容、方法及相關(guān)概念。第二部分，詳細研究個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的必要性與可行性。從大學生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀及問題著手，對個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的功能及作用進行了分析，闡述了個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育有一定的必要性。從個案社會工作和大學生思想政治教育的目標、價值理念具有一致性為介入提供基本前提、輔導員隊伍不斷壯大與成熟為介入提供基本保障兩方面，闡述個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的可行性。第三部分，研究個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的策略。分別從個案社會工作理念在大學生思想政治教育中的運用和個案社會工作的主要模式在大學生思想政治教育中的運用兩方面展開。第四部分，從組織保障、機制保障、社會保障三個方面研究個案社會工作介入大學生思想政治教育的保障體系。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities in our country shoulder the important functions of scientific research, talent training and social service. In order to really undertake this important task, the ideological and political education of college students is very important. In recent years, in order to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, The Party and the country have constantly had new spirit and new measures, and they also advocate colleges and universities to give play to their own initiative, actively think about new ideas, and explore new models. At present, the ideological and political education of college students is still facing severe challenges. This requires that the ideological and political education work of college students should proceed from the students' reality and strive to break through the original educational model. In the ideological and political education of college students, the concept and method of individual social work, in addition to helping students with obstacles or special needs to overcome difficulties and meet their special needs, It can also meet the needs of students about cognition, learning needs and growing up. This paper, on the basis of collecting a large amount of relevant literature and studying relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, cooperates with counselors and students to carry out extensive research. Field observation and interview to the front line of students' study and life, careful summing up and analysis, combining theory with practice, forming a thesis with theoretical support and case support. On the one hand, it enriches the contents of the research on ideological and political education of college students, on the other hand, it broadens the vision of the ideological and political education workers of college students. The first part of this paper focuses on the analysis of the background of the case study on the involvement of social work in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on the involvement of individual social work in the ideological and political education of college students, and introduces the contents, methods and related concepts of this research. The necessity and feasibility of social work involvement in college students' ideological and political education are studied in detail. The present situation and problems of college students' ideological and political education are discussed. This paper analyzes the function and function of social work in the ideological and political education of college students. It is necessary for individual social work to intervene in the ideological and political education of college students. From the goal of case social work and college students' ideological and political education, the consistency of value concept provides the basic premise for the intervention. This paper expounds the feasibility of individual social work in the ideological and political education of college students. From the perspective of the application of the concept of individual social work in the ideological and political education of college students and the main mode of individual social work in the ideological and political education of college students, this paper studies the strategies of the case social work in the ideological and political education of college students. Part 4th, This paper studies the guarantee system of individual social work in college students' ideological and political education from three aspects: organization guarantee, mechanism guarantee and social security.
