【摘要】：作為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)接班人和建設(shè)者的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生,是民族進(jìn)步的希望,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化祖國的未來。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生完成學(xué)業(yè)后將是一只新鮮的血液,注入祖國這個(gè)集體的每個(gè)角落,在社會(huì)上的各個(gè)崗位,實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的價(jià)值,展現(xiàn)在校期間所學(xué)習(xí)到的各種技能,并且勇敢的肩負(fù)起建設(shè)祖國的責(zé)任。團(tuán)隊(duì)精神是否健全關(guān)系著這些大學(xué)生能否適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要,在高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代能不能立足于市場經(jīng)濟(jì)之中,對(duì)國家對(duì)社會(huì)作出自己的貢獻(xiàn),是不是一個(gè)合格的建設(shè)者和接班人等起到舉足輕重的作用。加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的培養(yǎng)迫在眉睫。也是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的重要一課。在高校開展思想政治教育,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才在于培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),而基本的文化水平、良好的品德情操、正確的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神都是優(yōu)秀人才必不可少的因素。那么,如何培育,怎樣進(jìn)行已經(jīng)被世界各國政府和教育部門作為高度重視的研究課題。本文通過對(duì)我國高校當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體的現(xiàn)狀分析,從思想政治教育的角度出發(fā),目的在于找出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神培養(yǎng)的可施之道。本文以馬克思主義集體主義思想為主導(dǎo),以團(tuán)隊(duì)及團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的基本概念入手,對(duì)國內(nèi)外當(dāng)代大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神研究成果的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了較為全面的綜述,團(tuán)隊(duì)和群體的根本區(qū)別得到界定,總結(jié)出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的特點(diǎn),以及當(dāng)代大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神培養(yǎng)的重要意義。通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外團(tuán)隊(duì)精神表現(xiàn)的分析,了解大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的基本現(xiàn)狀,分析解刨了大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神缺失的原因,從多層次多角度來總結(jié)大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神缺失的原因。探討了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神培養(yǎng)的途徑：在理論教育中強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的認(rèn)知,提高大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神方面知識(shí)的認(rèn)知；加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。社會(huì)實(shí)踐中對(duì)大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的培養(yǎng),在實(shí)踐過程中,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生奉獻(xiàn)精神與合作意識(shí)；組織各種形式的團(tuán)隊(duì)活動(dòng),營造大學(xué)生合作氛圍。思想政治教育在班級(jí)層次的引導(dǎo)手段,學(xué)生干部及學(xué)生骨干的以身作則和凝聚；班級(jí)日常管理中增進(jìn)學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)情感積蓄。思想政治教育工作者的示范作用,平等對(duì)待學(xué)生,建立新型師生關(guān)系；采取互動(dòng)交流的民主化的教學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:As successors and builders of the socialist cause, modern college students are the hope of national progress and the realization of the future of the modern motherland. When the contemporary college students finish their studies, they will be a fresh blood, infused with the motherland as a collective every corner. In every position in the society, realize their own value, show the various skills learned in school, and bravely shoulder the responsibility of building the motherland. Whether the team spirit is sound or not is related to whether these college students can adapt to the needs of the society. In the era of rapid development, can we base ourselves on the market economy and make our own contribution to the society? Whether or not a qualified builder and successors play an important role. It is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of the team spirit of college students. It is also an important lesson to train high-quality talents. To carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities, The cultivation of all-round development of outstanding talents lies in the cultivation of high-quality excellent quality, and the basic level of education, good moral sentiment, correct team spirit are all essential factors for outstanding talents. Then, how to cultivate, How to carry on the research subject which has been paid great attention to by the governments and education departments of the world. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students in our country, and sets out from the angle of ideological and political education. The purpose of this paper is to find out the practical ways to cultivate the team spirit of contemporary college students. This paper takes the Marxist collectivism as the main idea and the basic concepts of team and team spirit. This paper summarizes the development trend of the research results of the team spirit of the contemporary college students at home and abroad, defines the fundamental differences between the team and the group, and summarizes the characteristics of the team spirit of the contemporary college students. Through the analysis of the performance of the team spirit at home and abroad, understand the basic status quo of the team spirit of college students, analyze the reasons for the lack of the team spirit of college students. This paper sums up the reasons for the lack of team spirit in college students from multiple levels and angles, and probes into the ways to cultivate the team spirit of contemporary college students: to strengthen the cognition of team spirit in the theoretical education, To improve the knowledge of the team spirit of college students, to strengthen the understanding of the importance of the team spirit of college students, to cultivate the team spirit of college students in social practice, and to strengthen the spirit of dedication and cooperation of college students in the process of practice. Organizing various forms of team activities to create a cooperative atmosphere for college students, guiding means of ideological and political education at the class level, and setting an example and cohesion of student cadres and student backbone; In the daily management of the class, the emotional savings of the students' team should be enhanced. The ideological and political educators should give equal treatment to the students, establish a new relationship between teachers and students, and adopt a democratic teaching method of interactive communication.
