【摘要】：大學(xué)生是國(guó)家寶貴的人才資源。重視對(duì)大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)，對(duì)其進(jìn)行思想政治教育，是使大學(xué)生樹立正確的理想信念，樹立正確的價(jià)值觀的重要手段。以胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央高度重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作，把對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作作為一項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)來抓。在黨中央召開的關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作會(huì)議中，胡錦濤同志深刻地剖析了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要性和緊迫性，并且明確提出了思想政治教育工作的指導(dǎo)思想、重要原則和主要任務(wù)，號(hào)召全社會(huì)共同努力，把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。本文以胡錦濤總書記提出的以人為本指導(dǎo)思想為依據(jù)，，對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育的人性化模式進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究，把大學(xué)生思想政治教育各項(xiàng)工作落到實(shí)處。本文主體分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分主要從馬克思主義人性觀出發(fā)揭示了人性化、思想政治教育人性化以及大學(xué)生思想政治教育的含義。 第二部分闡述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化提出的必然性，既符合馬克思主義人的發(fā)展理論又有其現(xiàn)實(shí)必然性。 第三部分指出了目前大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化存在的問題：重視政治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輕視學(xué)生利益；重視教育者意志輕視學(xué)生個(gè)性需求；重視教育價(jià)值輕視現(xiàn)實(shí)生活。同時(shí)，也分析了存在問題的原因：教育理念、教育內(nèi)容以及教育方式不夠人性化。 第四部分是全文的歸宿，從教育理念、教育內(nèi)容和教育方法三方面論述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的實(shí)施途徑，以期待為廣大的思想政治教育工作者提供借鑒，實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。 思想政治教育是做人的工作的重要實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，必須以人的發(fā)展為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和最終落腳點(diǎn)，把人性化貫穿大學(xué)生思想政治教育的始終，這樣，才能為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)生，實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育的最終目的。
[Abstract]:College students are valuable human resources in our country. To pay attention to the cultivation of college students and carry out ideological and political education is to make them set up correct ideals and beliefs. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Hu Jintao as its general secretary, attaches great importance to the ideological and political education of college students. Regarding the ideological and political education of college students as a strategic task. In the conference on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students convened by the CPC Central Committee, Comrade Hu Jintao profoundly analyzed the importance and urgency of strengthening ideological and political education for college students, and clearly put forward the guiding ideology, important principles and main tasks of ideological and political education, and called on the whole society to work together. To train college students to become qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper is based on the people-oriented guiding ideology put forward by General Secretary Hu Jintao. The humanized mode of ideological and political education of college students is further studied, and the work of ideological and political education of college students is put into practice. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts:. The first part reveals the meaning of humanization, humanization of ideological and political education and ideological and political education of college students. The second part expounds the necessity of humanization of college students' ideological and political education, which not only accords with Marxist theory of human development, but also has its realistic inevitability. The third part points out the problems existing in the humanization of college students' ideological and political education: attaching importance to the political standard, despising students' interests, attaching importance to educators' will to despise students' individual needs, attaching importance to educational value, despising real life, at the same time, It also analyzes the reasons for the problems: the educational idea, the educational content and the educational method are not humanized. The 4th part is the home of the full text, from the education idea, the education content and the education method three aspects elaborated the university student ideological and political education humanization implementation way, in order to expect for the general ideological and political education worker to provide the reference, To realize the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education is an important practical activity in the work of being a man. We must take the development of human beings as the starting point and the ultimate foothold, run through the humanization of the ideological and political education of college students all the time, so that we can cultivate excellent college students for the society.
