【摘要】：本研究在青年總體情感素質研究的基礎上,對其中人際情感中的一種情感——真誠感進行了較為深入的研究。所謂真誠感是指一種在與人交往中,對他人真心誠實的情感,屬于情感素質的范疇。作為人際情感的重要組成部分,真誠感是學校教育和社會品德規(guī)范的重要內(nèi)容。但以往真誠感方面的實證研究甚少,因此深入開展對大學生真誠感的研究具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。本文綜合運用文獻檢索、問卷調查、個別訪談、現(xiàn)場教學實驗、生物反饋實驗等研究方法,編制了《大學生真誠感問卷》和《大學生真誠感影響因素問卷》,探討了大學生真誠感的內(nèi)涵,調查了大學生真誠感的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,揭示了影響大學生真誠感的因素,探索了大學生真誠感的培養(yǎng)方法,并從生理角度驗證了培養(yǎng)方案的可行性與有效性。研究結果表明:(1)自編的《大學生真誠感問卷》和《大學生真誠感影響因素問卷》具有較高的信效度,可以應用于實際研究;(2)《大學生真誠感問卷》由真心感和誠實感兩個維度構成;《大學生真誠感影響因素問卷》由社會、學校、家庭和個人四個維度組成,對大學生真誠感影響最大的是父母,其次是教師、個人,最后是社會;(3)我國大學生真誠感整體上處于積極的正向狀態(tài),而非消極的負向狀態(tài),但整體水平有待提高;(4)大學生真誠感水平隨年級提高出現(xiàn)下降趨勢;成績中上學生真誠感水平高于成績中等學生;(5)采用認知和情感相結合的現(xiàn)場干預方法能夠在一定程度上提高大學生的真誠感水平。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the study on the overall emotional quality of youth, this study makes a deeper study of one of the interpersonal affections, the sense of sincerity, which refers to an emotion that is sincere and honest to others in the process of communicating with others. It belongs to the category of emotional quality. As an important part of interpersonal emotion, sincerity is an important part of school education and social moral standards. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out in-depth research on college students' sense of sincerity. This paper makes comprehensive use of literature retrieval, questionnaires, individual interviews, field teaching experiments, biofeedback experiments and other research methods. This paper has compiled the questionnaire of College students' sense of sincerity and the questionnaire of influencing factors of College students' sense of sincerity, discussed the connotation of college students' sense of sincerity, investigated the present situation of the development of college students' sense of sincerity, and revealed the factors that affect the sense of sincerity of college students. This paper explores the cultivation methods of college students' sense of sincerity. The feasibility and validity of the training program were verified from the physiological point of view. The results showed that the questionnaire of College students' sense of sincerity and the questionnaire of influencing factors of College students' sincerity had high reliability and validity. The questionnaire is composed of two dimensions of sincerity and honesty, and the questionnaire is composed of four dimensions: society, school, family and individual. The most important influence on college students' sincerity is the parents, the teachers, the individuals, and finally the society.) on the whole, our college students' sense of sincerity is in a positive state, not a negative one. However, the overall level needs to be improved. (4) the level of sincerity of college students decreases with the improvement of grade. The level of sincerity of middle and upper students was higher than that of middle school students. (5) Field intervention combined with cognition and emotion could improve the level of sincerity of college students to a certain extent.
