【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們的思想觀念發(fā)生了重大變化,大學(xué)生道德品質(zhì)發(fā)展也受到相應(yīng)的影響。大學(xué)生是國家和民族未來發(fā)展的希望,他們的道德品質(zhì)受到了社會的關(guān)注。因此,如何培育大學(xué)生道德人格十分必要。本文將對大學(xué)生道德人格培育問題做以研究。本文從人格和道德人格的涵義入手,闡述了大學(xué)生道德人格的現(xiàn)狀、成因、目標(biāo)和原則以及重點分析了大學(xué)生道德人格培育的具體路徑。 本文首先闡釋了大學(xué)生道德人格的內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)狀及其成因。其次,提出大學(xué)生道德人格培育的三個目標(biāo)：大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展的根本目標(biāo)、大學(xué)生道德意義上的知、情、意、行統(tǒng)一的核心目標(biāo)和大學(xué)生追求真善美統(tǒng)一的關(guān)鍵目標(biāo),并相應(yīng)提出了大學(xué)生道德人格培育的六個原則。最后,本文重點從三個方面分析了大學(xué)生道德人格培育的路徑：一是全面提升高校道德教育的育人環(huán)節(jié),二是構(gòu)建大學(xué)生道德人格的和諧育人環(huán)境,三是加強大學(xué)生自我道德修養(yǎng)。 本文的研究方法主要有文獻研究法、理論聯(lián)系實際的方法、歷史和邏輯相統(tǒng)一的研究方法來研究大學(xué)生道德人格的培育問題。 對大學(xué)生道德人格的培育研究有著重要的意義。一方面,對大學(xué)生自身形成良好的道德品質(zhì)有重要的作用。良好的道德人格可以使大學(xué)生堅定理想信念,以樂觀的態(tài)度應(yīng)對人生道路上的各種挑戰(zhàn)。另一方面,大學(xué)生道德人格的培育也有助于推進高校思想政治教育工作的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, people's ideology has changed greatly, and the development of college students' moral quality has also been influenced accordingly. College students are the hope of the future development of our country and nation. Therefore, how to cultivate the moral personality of college students is very necessary. This paper will study the cultivation of moral personality of college students. This paper starts with the meaning of personality and moral personality. This paper expounds the present situation, causes, objectives and principles of moral personality of college students, and analyzes the specific ways of cultivating moral personality of college students. This paper first explains the connotation, present situation and cause of formation of moral personality of college students. Secondly, it puts forward three goals of cultivating moral personality of college students: the fundamental goal of the all-round development of college students, the knowledge, feeling and meaning of moral sense of college students. The core goal of the unity of conduct and the key goal of pursuing the unity of truth, goodness and beauty are put forward, and the six principles of cultivating the moral personality of college students are put forward accordingly. This paper analyzes the ways of cultivating college students' moral personality from three aspects: one is to promote the education of moral education in colleges and universities, the other is to build a harmonious education environment for the moral personality of college students, and third, to strengthen the self-moral cultivation of college students. The main research methods of this paper are literature research method, the method of integrating theory with practice, and the research method of unifying history and logic to study the cultivation of moral personality of college students. On the one hand, it plays an important role in forming good moral quality of college students themselves. Good moral personality can make college students firm their ideals and beliefs. On the other hand, the cultivation of moral personality of college students also contributes to the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
