【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟一體化、全球化的不斷推進促進了中國高等教育國際化的深入發(fā)展。在高等教育國際化進程中,各地區(qū)根據(jù)自身特色采取了形式各異的高等教育國際化發(fā)展模式。就云南來說,身兼欠發(fā)達地區(qū)和邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的雙重特征,立足邊疆、背靠祖國、扎根西南,遠離北京、上海等國際化大都市而與東南亞、南亞等發(fā)展中國家近于咫尺。近年來,云南在高等教育層面上與東南亞、南亞等國的交流日益增多,其高等教育國際化發(fā)展勢頭正旺。因此,本文研究云南省屬大學(xué)的高等教育國際化績效評價模型對其高等教育國際化的發(fā)展具有實踐意義和指導(dǎo)作用。首先,本文對高等教育國際化和績效評價兩方面的國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)和發(fā)展趨勢做了文獻綜述。同時,對現(xiàn)有的高等教育國際化概念進行概覽,從而整理概括得出相對完善的高等教育國際化概念和內(nèi)涵。其次,本文對中國的高等教育國際化發(fā)展進程和發(fā)達國家的高等教育國際化發(fā)展進程進行了梳理,對最具代表性的高等教育國際化評價指標(biāo)體系進行了概覽,通過反復(fù)推敲、對比分析,同時按照各指標(biāo)體系共性大于50%的原則,構(gòu)建了云南省屬大學(xué)高等教育國際化績效評價指標(biāo)體系。再次,本文選擇了灰靶評價模型來對云南省屬大學(xué)的高等教育國際化績效進行評價,確立的云南省屬大學(xué)高等教育國際化績效評價模型的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)包括:參與海外交流的學(xué)生數(shù)量占比(R1)、留學(xué)生數(shù)量占比(R2)、公派出國的教師數(shù)量占比(R3)、外籍教師數(shù)量占比(R4)、建立對外交流關(guān)系的高校數(shù)量(R5)、參與或主持的國際科研合作項目數(shù)量(R6)、建立對外交流關(guān)系的國際和地區(qū)數(shù)量(R7)、被三大索引收錄的論文數(shù)量占比(R8)等8個指標(biāo)。同時,通過比較分析擇優(yōu)選取了CRITIC客觀賦權(quán)法來改進灰靶模型中各指標(biāo)權(quán)重相等的不足之處,從而構(gòu)建了云南省屬大學(xué)高等教育國際化績效評價模型。最后,對云南省屬大學(xué)的高等教育國際化績效評價模型進行了實證檢驗。通過數(shù)據(jù)搜集以及對云南省屬的19所大學(xué)進行調(diào)研來獲得原始數(shù)據(jù),將數(shù)據(jù)帶入云南省屬大學(xué)高等教育國際化績效評價模型中進行驗算。結(jié)果表明,通過該評價模型運算得出的結(jié)果與高校本身的高等教育國際化績效實際發(fā)展水平相一致。由此證明,本文所構(gòu)建的云南省屬大學(xué)高等教育國際化績效評價模型具有較高的可靠性和有效性。本文的創(chuàng)新點主要包括三個方面:(1)視角方面。目前雖然關(guān)于高等教育國際化的研究較為豐富,但專門針對云南省屬大學(xué)的高等教育國際化績效評價的相關(guān)研究卻是十分稀少。因此,本文將視角鎖定在云南省屬大學(xué)的高等教育國際化績效評價模型這一主體,視角新穎。(2)評價指標(biāo)體系方面。通過對比分析現(xiàn)有的高等教育國際化評價體系,經(jīng)反復(fù)推敲、多次檢驗,最終構(gòu)建出一套包括8個指標(biāo)的評價體系。(3)評價模型方面。本文選取灰靶模型來研究主體,并針對傳統(tǒng)灰靶模型中各指標(biāo)權(quán)重相等的不足之處,創(chuàng)新地用CRITIC客觀賦權(quán)方法來對其進行改進,并最終構(gòu)建出云南省高等教育國際化績效評價模型。
[Abstract]:The integration of knowledge economy, globalization has promoted the development of internationalization of higher education Chinese. The case of Yunnan, has dual characteristics, underdeveloped areas and minority areas based on the frontier, backed by the mainland, rooted in southwest, away from Beijing, Shanghai and other international metropolis with Southeast Asia, South Asia and other developing countries to close. In recent years, the higher education level in Yunnan and Southeast Asia, South Asia and other countries exchanges increasing, the internationalization of higher education development momentum. At the same time, through the comparative analysis of selected CRITIC objective weighting method to improve the deficiencies of equal weights of grey target model thus, build the model of the internationalization of higher education performance evaluation of Yunnan provincial university. Finally, the empirical test for the evaluation of the internationalization of higher education performance of Yunnan provincial university model. Through the data collection and the 19 universities of Yunnan province to conduct research to obtain the original data, the data will be Into the checking model of internationalization of higher education performance evaluation of Yunnan provincial university. This proves that the reliability and validity of the Yunnan Provincial College of higher education internationalization performance evaluation model established in this paper.
