案例式教學(xué)法在病理生理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用探索

【摘要】:案例式教學(xué)法是近幾年推廣的一種醫(yī)學(xué)教育教學(xué)方法。與臨床相貼近,是主要以案例為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)法。案例式教學(xué)法,教師于教學(xué)中扮演著設(shè)計(jì)者和激勵(lì)者的角色,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極參與討論,是一種相當(dāng)有效的教學(xué)模式。病理生理學(xué)的重要輔助研究手段為病理生理學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),探討在實(shí)驗(yàn)中加入案例式教學(xué)法,目的在于進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力和自我創(chuàng)新能力,以及加深學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的理解。通過課前給出病例,學(xué)生課下自主查閱資料,課上教師指導(dǎo)討論的方法引入案例。再結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)操作,得出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。通過動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表現(xiàn)和病例患者的臨床表現(xiàn)相對(duì)比,加深對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容的印象,有利于提高病理生理實(shí)驗(yàn)課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Case teaching method is a kind of medical education teaching method popularized in recent years. It is close to clinical practice and is mainly case based teaching method. Case teaching method plays the role of designer and motivator in teaching. Encouraging students to take an active part in the discussion is a very effective teaching mode. The important auxiliary research means of pathophysiology is pathophysiology experiment, and the case teaching method should be added to the experiment. The purpose is to further improve students' self-study ability and self-innovation ability, as well as to deepen the students' understanding of what they have learned. The method of teacher guiding discussion in class introduces the case, and then combines the experiment content to carry on the experiment operation, obtains the experimental result. Through the animal experiment result performance and the case patient's clinical manifestation relative ratio, deepens the impression to the experiment content, It is helpful to improve the teaching quality of pathophysiology experiment.
