【摘要】：科學(xué)的大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育的改革與發(fā)展。在以往評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,本次評(píng)價(jià)從4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新:拓展評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象、優(yōu)化評(píng)價(jià)體系、完善分類評(píng)價(jià)以及注重聲譽(yù)影響。對(duì)全國(guó)2 524所高校的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),重點(diǎn)分析了地區(qū)教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排行榜、一流大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排行榜等8個(gè)榜單的結(jié)果,得出以下結(jié)論:我國(guó)各地區(qū)本科教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的差異較大,排名相對(duì)穩(wěn)定;一流大學(xué)排名變化較小,一般大學(xué)和民辦院校發(fā)展較快;重點(diǎn)大學(xué)的投入和產(chǎn)出明顯增加,國(guó)際化程度仍有待提高;各類高校應(yīng)突出自身特色和學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì),提高專業(yè)優(yōu)秀率。
[Abstract]:Scientific university evaluation is helpful to promote the reform and development of higher education in China. On the basis of the previous evaluation practice, this evaluation innovates from four aspects: expanding the evaluation object, optimizing the evaluation system, The competitiveness of the country's 2524 colleges and universities is evaluated, and the results of the eight lists, such as the ranking of the regional educational competitiveness and the ranking of the competitiveness of the first-class universities, are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: the competition ability of undergraduate education in different regions of our country is quite different and the ranking is relatively stable; the ranking of first-class universities is relatively small, the general universities and private colleges are developing faster; the input and output of key universities have increased obviously. The degree of internationalization still needs to be improved, and all kinds of colleges and universities should highlight their own characteristics and discipline advantages and improve the rate of professional excellence.
