高職院校貧困生思想政治教育問題研究

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著我國高等教育的招生規(guī)模的擴大,越來越多的適齡青年得以進入大學(xué)接受高等教育。在高校擴招背景下誕生的高等職業(yè)教育,已經(jīng)從規(guī)模上占據(jù)了我國高等教育的“半壁江山”。但是,與國內(nèi)普通本科高校相比,我國高等職業(yè)院校中的學(xué)生多數(shù)來自農(nóng)村和城市低收入家庭,,高職院校中貧困生比例明顯高于普通本科院校,有35%的高職院校學(xué)生來自貧困和西部地區(qū)。這些學(xué)生一方面面對著家庭數(shù)代人的期望,一方面又承擔(dān)著沉重的經(jīng)濟負擔(dān),多重壓力下高職院校貧困生與本科學(xué)生相比更容易出現(xiàn)自信心不足、社會責(zé)任感較差、感恩意識淡薄、誠信觀念缺乏等思想問題,甚至個別學(xué)生的思想問題演變成為仇視社會、抱怨出身、攻擊他人等心理問題,加強和改進高職院校貧困生思想政治教育工作刻不容緩。 通過考查國外高等職業(yè)教育機構(gòu)和國內(nèi)本科院校對貧困生加強思想政治教育的實踐探索,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)美國“職業(yè)團”的經(jīng)濟幫助與思想提升相結(jié)合的教育理念、德國“社會服務(wù)+心理服務(wù)”一體式的思想教育模式、新加坡注重開發(fā)思想政治教育“隱蔽課程”的做法以及國內(nèi)本科高校的多元化資助政策體系、建立“思想教育-心理咨詢-資助扶持”為一體的工作機制和創(chuàng)新思想政治教育載體等做法取得了較好的教育效果,值得我國高職院校學(xué)習(xí)借鑒,尤其要做好以下幾個方面的工作: 通過提高高職院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子對貧困生思想政治工作的認識,提升高職院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化水平和充分發(fā)揮思想政治理論課教師作用,為高職院校更好開展貧困生思想政治教育奠定組織基礎(chǔ);建立健全貧困生思想政治教育機制體制,有效整合思想政治教育資源,形成黨、政、學(xué)、團等齊抓共管的工作格局,提高對高職院校貧困生思想政治教育的針對性和實效性;同時,要努力探索有高職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的工作機制,發(fā)揮校企合作平臺“實踐育人”功能等作用,推動高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作整體水平邁上新的臺階,服務(wù)于高職院校高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of the enrollment of higher education in our country, more and more young people of the right age have been able to enter the university to receive higher education. It has already occupied half of the higher education in China in terms of scale. However, compared with ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in China, most of the students in our higher vocational colleges come from rural and urban low-income families. The proportion of poor students in higher vocational colleges is obviously higher than that in ordinary undergraduate colleges. 35% of the students in higher vocational colleges come from the poor and western regions. On the one hand, these students face the expectations of their families for generations, and on the other hand, they bear heavy economic burdens. Compared with undergraduate students, poor students in higher vocational colleges are more likely to have such ideological problems as lack of self-confidence, poor sense of social responsibility, weak sense of gratitude, lack of honesty and integrity under multiple pressures, and even the ideological problems of individual students have evolved into social hatred. It is urgent to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of poor students in higher vocational colleges. By examining the practice and exploration of strengthening ideological and political education for poor students in foreign higher vocational education institutions and domestic undergraduate colleges, we find the educational concept of combining economic help and ideological upgrading of American "vocational groups". Germany's "social service psychological service" integrated mode of ideological education, Singapore's emphasis on developing the "hidden curriculum" of ideological and political education and the diversified funding policy system of domestic universities and colleges, The establishment of the working mechanism of "ideological education, psychological consultation and financial support" and the innovation of the carrier of ideological and political education have achieved good educational results, which are worthy of our country's higher vocational colleges to learn from. In particular, work should be done in the following areas:. By improving the understanding of the ideological and political work of the poor students in the leading group of higher vocational colleges, we can enhance the professional level of counselors in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the role of teachers in ideological and political theory courses. To lay an organizational foundation for higher vocational colleges to better carry out ideological and political education for poor students, to establish and improve the mechanism of ideological and political education for poor students, to effectively integrate the resources of ideological and political education, and to form a working pattern in which the party, government, school, and regiment work together. It is necessary to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education for the poor students in higher vocational colleges, at the same time, to explore the working mechanism with the characteristics of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and to give play to the functions of the "practical education" function of the cooperation platform for colleges and enterprises, etc. To promote the overall level of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges to a new level, and to serve the training of high quality technical and technical talents in higher vocational colleges.
