【摘要】：精神成長,是個體對生命價值的訴求，，成長內(nèi)容包括塑造人格、冶煉品質(zhì)、陶冶性情、使主體價值得到實(shí)現(xiàn)。大學(xué)生精神成長是關(guān)系其個體生命價值和社會發(fā)展的重大問題，在精神成長過程中使大學(xué)生品質(zhì)得到淬煉，人格得以提升。思想政治教育是一門教育人，促進(jìn)人成長，繼而促進(jìn)社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的科學(xué)。大學(xué)生精神成長是思想政治教育的終極追求目標(biāo)，思想政治教育是大學(xué)生精神成長的根本保障。 近幾年來，國內(nèi)大學(xué)發(fā)生的一些極端事件，顯示大學(xué)生精神成長的疲軟，重視大學(xué)生的人格塑造和精神培養(yǎng)是現(xiàn)代教育的必然選擇。把握精神成長的內(nèi)涵、要素、目標(biāo)、成長方法，辯證分析思想政治教育與大學(xué)生精神成長的關(guān)系，引入中國傳統(tǒng)文化、主體性理論、非正式群體理論等探索創(chuàng)新助推大學(xué)生精神成長的有效方法和途徑。思想政治教育者應(yīng)充分優(yōu)化大學(xué)生道德教育環(huán)境，發(fā)揮非正式群體在教育過程中對大學(xué)生的感染作用性，尊重大學(xué)生的主體性，發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的自我教育能力，加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生不良心理、精神因素的疏導(dǎo)，為大學(xué)生精神成長提供強(qiáng)大的情感支持。
[Abstract]:Spiritual growth is an individual's demand for life value, and the content of growth includes shaping personality, smelting quality, edifying temperament and realizing subject value. The spiritual growth of college students is a major problem related to their individual life value and social development. In the process of spiritual growth, the quality of college students is refined, and their personality is improved. Ideological and political education is a kind of education to educate people and promote their growth. The spiritual growth of college students is the ultimate goal of ideological and political education, and ideological and political education is the fundamental guarantee of the spiritual growth of college students. In recent years, some extreme events in domestic universities have shown the weakness of college students' spiritual growth. It is an inevitable choice for modern education to attach importance to the shaping and cultivation of college students' personality. The method of growth, the dialectical analysis of the relationship between ideological and political education and the spiritual growth of college students, the introduction of Chinese traditional culture, the theory of subjectivity, The informal group theory explores the effective ways and means to promote the spiritual growth of college students. Ideological and political educators should fully optimize the moral education environment of college students and give full play to the infective role of informal groups on college students in the process of education. Respect the subjectivity of college students, give play to their ability of self-education, strengthen the guidance of bad psychology and spiritual factors, and provide strong emotional support for the spiritual growth of college students.
