【摘要】：積極情緒源于情緒維度理論。20世紀(jì)末隨著積極心理學(xué)的興起,積極情緒的研究得到重視,并被正式提出和運(yùn)用。積極心理學(xué)的倡導(dǎo)者美國(guó)心理學(xué)家Seligman指出,積極情緒是積極心理學(xué)研究的核心內(nèi)容。積極情緒是指在尋求需要滿足的過程中,能夠激發(fā)調(diào)節(jié)個(gè)體產(chǎn)生積極反應(yīng)并符合道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的心理狀態(tài)。具體包括：愛、感激、興趣、自信、喜悅、希望、逗趣、敬佩、激勵(lì)、寧?kù)o等。 大學(xué)生思想政治教育是一種深入人心靈的教育,旨在使大學(xué)生樹立正確的人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀,是對(duì)大學(xué)生品行、情感和態(tài)度的教育。它作為一種實(shí)踐活動(dòng),遵循人類所有實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的規(guī)律,應(yīng)該建立在大學(xué)生的心理活動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)上,而積極的心理狀態(tài)可以有效地調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生的積極性,增強(qiáng)教育實(shí)效性。積極的心理狀態(tài)表現(xiàn)出的積極情緒有利于教育的深入,達(dá)到教育的目的。因此大學(xué)生思想政治教育的研究應(yīng)當(dāng)與積極情緒的研究相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新。 積極情緒在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,有著極其深遠(yuǎn)的意義。加深對(duì)積極情緒的認(rèn)知和理解是培養(yǎng)及運(yùn)用積極情緒的前提和基礎(chǔ),因此,我們需要對(duì)積極情緒的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,包括情緒的定義、組成、功能以及積極情緒的概念、類別和功能。在對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中積極情緒的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和表現(xiàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的積極情緒,繼而探討積極情緒在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的意義,即：積極情緒在教育主體中的意義,積極情緒在教育環(huán)境中的意義,以及積極情緒在教育實(shí)踐中的意義。積極情緒的研究和運(yùn)用之目的在于采取有效措施調(diào)動(dòng)和培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的積極情緒,提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效,如：提高思想意識(shí),重視積極情緒及其培養(yǎng)；加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),發(fā)揮教育者主導(dǎo)作用；注重自身調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)性；改善教育環(huán)境,營(yíng)造積極情緒氛圍；完善教育方法和內(nèi)容,促進(jìn)積極情緒培養(yǎng)等等。
[Abstract]:With the rise of positive psychology at the end of the 20th century, the study of positive emotion has been paid attention to, put forward and applied formally. Seligman, an American psychologist, an advocate of positive psychology, points out that positive emotion comes from the theory of emotional dimension. Positive emotion is the core of positive psychology research. Positive emotion is the state of mind that can stimulate and regulate the individual to produce positive reaction and conform to moral standard in the process of seeking satisfaction. Self-confidence, joy, hope, amusing, admiration, inspiration, serenity, etc. The ideological and political education of college students is a kind of education which is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. It aims to make college students have a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, and it is an education of college students' behavior, emotion and attitude. It is a practical activity. Following the laws of all human practical activities, we should build on the psychological activities of college students, and positive mental state can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of college students. To enhance the effectiveness of education. The positive emotion expressed in the positive state of mind is conducive to the deepening of education and achieving the purpose of education. Therefore, the study of ideological and political education of college students should be combined with the study of positive emotion. To realize the innovation of ideological and political education of college students. Positive emotion plays an important role in the ideological and political education of college students and has profound significance. Deepening the cognition and understanding of positive emotion is the premise and foundation of cultivating and applying positive emotion. We need to define the related concepts of positive emotion, including the definition, composition, function, concept, category and function of the positive emotion, and the connotation of the positive emotion in the ideological and political education of college students. On the basis of the analysis of characteristics and performance, this paper expounds the positive emotions in the ideological and political education of college students, and then probes into the significance of the positive emotions in the ideological and political education of college students, that is, the significance of the positive emotions in the subject of education. The significance of positive emotion in the educational environment and the significance of positive emotion in educational practice. The purpose of the research and application of positive emotion is to take effective measures to arouse and cultivate the positive emotion of college students. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students, such as: raising ideological consciousness, attaching importance to positive emotions and their cultivation, strengthening the construction of the team, giving play to the leading role of educators, paying attention to self-regulation, mobilizing the active initiative of college students, improving the educational environment, Create a positive emotional atmosphere; improve the educational methods and content, promote the cultivation of positive emotions and so on.
