【摘要】：高等教育是一國實(shí)現(xiàn)國家富強(qiáng)、民族復(fù)興，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的有力保證，也是為國家培養(yǎng)“高精尖”人才的重要社會(huì)活動(dòng)。國際合作業(yè)已成為世界各國高等教育改革和發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。故而，獨(dú)立后的中亞各國都積極致力于尋求和探索適合本國高等教育發(fā)展的國際間的交流合作模式，，從而使中亞各國迅速融入國際社會(huì)的“大家庭”，積極參加國際交流與合作，不斷提升各國的綜合實(shí)力和科技創(chuàng)新水平，為中亞各國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大的人才保障和智力支持。本文通過橫向比較，以高等教育為切入點(diǎn)，對(duì)中亞各國在高等教育的國際合作方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究，最后旨在探尋和總結(jié)中國與中亞各國在高等教育的合作交流方面存在的問題與不足，并希望能為相關(guān)問題的最終解決略盡綿薄之力。 本文首先概述中亞各國的教育發(fā)展基本情況狀況及獨(dú)立后各國高等教育發(fā)展的總體趨勢(shì)；其次，通過與俄羅斯、美國、土耳其、歐盟等國際社會(huì)交流合作的分析，進(jìn)而總結(jié)其對(duì)中亞各國社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響及對(duì)我國高等教育發(fā)展的借鑒意義；再次，通過對(duì)我國與中亞國家開展的以孔子學(xué)院、留學(xué)生教育、上合組織大學(xué)為主的三種高等教育合作方式的分析，解讀中亞國家與中國高等教育合作的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及解決方案，并闡釋中國與中亞國家間的積極開展高等教育的國際合作方面的有利條件及其前景展望。
[Abstract]:Higher education is a powerful guarantee for a country to achieve national prosperity, national rejuvenation, and rapid social and economic development. International cooperation has become an important trend in the reform and development of higher education around the world. After independence, the Central Asian countries have actively devoted themselves to seeking and exploring international exchange and cooperation models suitable for the development of their higher education, thus enabling the Central Asian countries to integrate rapidly into the "great family" of the international community and to actively participate in international exchanges and cooperation. By continuously improving the comprehensive strength and the level of scientific and technological innovation of various countries, this paper provides a strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for the social and economic development of Central Asian countries. This paper, through horizontal comparison, takes higher education as the starting point. This paper makes a comparative study on the international cooperation in higher education among the countries of Central Asia, and finally aims to explore and summarize the problems and shortcomings in the cooperation and exchange between China and the Central Asian countries in higher education. And I hope to do a little for the final solution of the related problems. This paper first summarizes the basic situation of the development of education in Central Asian countries and the general trend of the development of higher education in the countries after independence; secondly, through the analysis of the exchange and cooperation with Russia, the United States, Turkey, the European Union and other international societies. Then it summarizes its influence on the social development of the Central Asian countries and its reference significance to the development of higher education in China. Thirdly, through the Confucius Institute, the overseas students education carried out between China and the Central Asian countries, An analysis of the three modes of higher education cooperation in Shanghai Cooperation University, the analysis of the current situation, problems and solutions of higher education cooperation between Central Asian countries and China, The favorable conditions and prospects of the international cooperation between China and Central Asian countries in the active development of higher education are expounded.
