【摘要】：高等教育的快速發(fā)展,使許多偏遠(yuǎn)貧困地區(qū)的少數(shù)民族學(xué)生走出大山,鯉魚躍龍門的同時,也使高校出現(xiàn)了一個特殊的貧困生群體。隨著絕對數(shù)量的逐年增加,這一群體在生活上、心理上的貧困受到關(guān)注的同時,就業(yè)問題更是關(guān)系到方方面面。西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)有其特殊性和復(fù)雜性,處理不好導(dǎo)致的社會影響不可忽視,更需要政府、社會以及學(xué)校從多角度出發(fā)促進(jìn)和提高少數(shù)民族貧困生的就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, many ethnic minority students in remote and poor areas have stepped out of the mountains. At the same time, a special group of poor students has emerged in colleges and universities. With the absolute number increasing year by year, At the same time, the problem of employment is related to all aspects. The employment of impoverished college students in the western minority areas has its particularity and complexity. It is necessary for the government, society and schools to promote and improve the employment ability and employment rate of the poor minority students from various angles.
