【摘要】：目前，我國信息化發(fā)展成為了國家戰(zhàn)略，信息化所帶來的精確化的社會管理已經(jīng)初見成效。而作為社會中一個知識高地的大學(xué)校園的信息化管理也成為體現(xiàn)高校具有先進(jìn)性的一種表現(xiàn)形式。因此我國數(shù)字化校園的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為一種趨勢，很多高校早已對信息化管理進(jìn)行了建設(shè)，多數(shù)高校都在學(xué)校內(nèi)部進(jìn)行了部分的信息化管理,但大部分系統(tǒng)采用了各自為政的信息化方式。這些信息各自獨(dú)立，但基本信息又重復(fù)建設(shè)，在校園管理全面信息化過程中，，不能互聯(lián)互通，不能對基本信息進(jìn)行重復(fù)利用，數(shù)據(jù)流的流轉(zhuǎn)也很難實現(xiàn)，高校面臨各個系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的責(zé)任關(guān)系，信息化管理只是把各個系統(tǒng)做為擺設(shè)，數(shù)據(jù)和管理并沒有真正發(fā)揮作用，隨著計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)集成的快速發(fā)展，信息技術(shù)在高校內(nèi)的廣泛應(yīng)用，依賴于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一卡通信息系統(tǒng)，是實行校園的信息化管理，推動高校全面信息化建設(shè)最為直接的切入點(diǎn)，校園一卡通系統(tǒng)做為一種精準(zhǔn)化的控制管理手段，是把校園中的各種信息孤島連接起來的重要方式。 本文首先闡述了BJ學(xué)院一卡通信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的背景和目的；其次通過對產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計的過程中需求分析階段對實際情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)研，了解分析校園信息的手工流轉(zhuǎn)過程和信息化后一卡通系統(tǒng)能夠達(dá)到的管理過程，然后對一卡通平臺進(jìn)行軟件化流程設(shè)計，最后進(jìn)行了開發(fā)成果軟件部署和系統(tǒng)測試，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)影響平臺使用的質(zhì)量因素和效率問題，及時進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的修改和調(diào)整工作。最終使系統(tǒng)符合校方提高管理效率的初始目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of information technology in China has become a national strategy. The precise social management brought about by informationization has already achieved initial results. As a knowledge highland in society, the information management of university campus has also become a manifestation of the advanced nature of universities and colleges. The development of character campus has become a trend. Many colleges and universities have carried on the construction of information management for a long time. Most colleges and universities have carried out part of the information management within the school, but most of the systems have adopted their own information methods. But the basic information is repeated, in the process of campus management information, it can not be interconnected, can not reuse the basic information, the flow of data flow is difficult to achieve, colleges and universities are faced with complex system responsibility relationship. With the rapid development of computer system integration, the wide application of information technology in colleges and universities, relying on the network of one-card information system, Campus information management is the most direct breakthrough point to promote the comprehensive information construction of colleges and universities. As a precise control management means, campus card system is an important way to connect all kinds of information isolated islands in campus. This paper first describes the background and purpose of the BJ college one-card information management system construction; secondly, through the process of product development and design requirements analysis stage to conduct a detailed investigation of the actual situation, Understand and analyze the manual flow process of campus information and the management process that can be achieved by the one-card system after informationization, then design the software flow of the one-card platform, and finally carry out the software deployment and system testing of the development results. The quality factors and efficiency problems affecting the use of the platform are found, and the system is modified and adjusted in time. Finally, the system accords with the initial goal of improving the management efficiency of the school.
