【摘要】：為適應(yīng)高等教育的國(guó)際化、大眾化和市場(chǎng)化,到目前為止,廣西已先后成立了8所新建本科院校,占據(jù)廣西普通本科院�？倲�(shù)的31%。廣西新建本科院校的發(fā)展不僅對(duì)廣西高等教育整體實(shí)力的提高有著巨大的影響,還極大地促進(jìn)了地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,并為其培養(yǎng)了大批人才。由于我國(guó)高等學(xué)校面臨辦學(xué)資源短缺、生態(tài)位高度重疊和生存壓力加大的復(fù)雜局面,作為剛升格不久的新建本科院校,需要不斷充實(shí)其理論基礎(chǔ),立足現(xiàn)有的資源和能力,優(yōu)化發(fā)展環(huán)境,科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確定位,謀求適合自身的生存和發(fā)展之道。廣西新建本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究因此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 全文分為六個(gè)部分。第一章為緒論,簡(jiǎn)單介紹論文的選題背景、研究意義與目的、研究思路和方法；第二章為核心概念界定和理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)本文中幾個(gè)核心概念進(jìn)行界定,并闡釋了本文所借鑒和依托的相關(guān)基本理論；第三章基于網(wǎng)大大學(xué)排行榜分析廣西新建本科院校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)縱向與橫向東中西部新建本科院校的對(duì)比,可以看出廣西新建本科院校整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱且提升速度較慢。第四章闡述了現(xiàn)階段廣西新建本科院校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升中主要面臨教育資源總量嚴(yán)重不足、缺乏優(yōu)質(zhì)的戰(zhàn)略性資源、辦學(xué)定位不清、生態(tài)位高度重疊、社會(huì)影響力小等問(wèn)題,并分析了產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因；第五章闡述了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成要素以及構(gòu)建新建本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)擬出了基本問(wèn)卷,建立科學(xué)合理簡(jiǎn)潔的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)新建本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行客觀、科學(xué)、綜合的評(píng)價(jià)；第六章在前面五章內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從科學(xué)定位、整合資源、優(yōu)化環(huán)境、爭(zhēng)取外部支持四大方面提出實(shí)現(xiàn)新建本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的建議。 總之,本研究將資源基礎(chǔ)理論和高校生態(tài)位理論引入廣西新建本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究,為廣西各新建本科院校的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)新的思路,對(duì)提高新建本科院校的辦學(xué)實(shí)力有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the internationalization, popularization and marketization of higher education, up to now, Guangxi has established eight newly established undergraduate colleges and universities. The development of new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi not only has a great impact on the improvement of the overall strength of Guangxi's higher education, but also greatly promotes the development of local economy and society. Because our colleges and universities are faced with the complex situation of shortage of resources, high overlap of niche and increasing pressure of survival, as a newly established undergraduate college, it is necessary to enrich its theoretical foundation. Based on the existing resources and capabilities, optimizing the development environment, scientific and accurate positioning, seeking for their own survival and development, Guangxi newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities core competitiveness research emerged as the times require. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the background, significance and purpose of the thesis, the research ideas and methods; the second chapter is the definition of the core concepts and theoretical basis, the definition of several core concepts in this paper. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the competitiveness of newly established universities in Guangxi based on the ranking of the universities, and compares them vertically with those in the eastern, western and western regions. It can be seen that the overall competitiveness of newly established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi is weak and the speed of upgrading is slow. Chapter 4th expounds that at this stage, Guangxi newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities are facing serious shortage of total educational resources and lack of high-quality strategic resources. Some problems, such as unclear orientation of school, high overlap of niche and small social influence, are analyzed, and the reasons for these problems are analyzed. Chapter 5th expounds the constituent elements of core competence and the construction of evaluation index system of core competence in newly-built undergraduate colleges. Using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) to draw out the basic questionnaire, to establish a scientific, reasonable and concise evaluation index system, to evaluate the core competitiveness of new undergraduate colleges objectively, scientifically and synthetically. Chapter 6th is based on the contents of the previous five chapters. From four aspects of scientific orientation, integrating resources, optimizing environment and striving for external support, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the core competitiveness of newly established colleges and universities. In a word, this study introduces the resource-based theory and the niche theory into the study of core competitiveness of the newly-established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, which provides a new way of thinking for the development of the newly-established universities in Guangxi. To improve the strength of new undergraduate colleges and universities have a profound impact.
