【摘要】：思想政治教育本質(zhì)上是關(guān)于人的思想政治工作,其主體和客體都是實(shí)實(shí)在在的人,它的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)都是人。因此,要想做好思想政治工作,必須充分考慮人的各個方面的因素。作為人的一個重要因素,思想是一個不可忽視的重點(diǎn)。要解決好人的思想問題,心理疏導(dǎo)是必不可少的。黨的十七大報告指出：“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治工作,注重人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導(dǎo),用正確的方式處理人際關(guān)系�！边@就為心理疏導(dǎo)工作的進(jìn)行提供了重要的指導(dǎo)和導(dǎo)向作用。在社會競爭激烈和文化多元化的時代背景下,高校作為社會團(tuán)體中的一個重要角色,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人的重任,同時,高校作為思想政治教育工作的一個重要場所,其思想政治工作同樣面臨著一系列的問題。為了更好地做好高校思想政治工作,最大程度地發(fā)揮高校思想政治教育的功能和作用,需要切實(shí)做好對大學(xué)生的心理疏導(dǎo)工作。因此,建立合理的心理疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制是十分必要的。我們應(yīng)該積極探索和健全高校思想政治教育的心理疏導(dǎo)長效機(jī)制,以增加高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。 本文首先闡述了心理疏導(dǎo)的與心理咨詢、心理輔導(dǎo)、心理教育以及心理健康的區(qū)別,回顧了我國思想政治教育發(fā)展的歷史,明確了高校思想政治教育下的心理疏導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵和基本原則。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)存在的主要問題,即對高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)的認(rèn)識不足、缺乏心理疏導(dǎo)的教育載體等,之所以存在這些問題是因?yàn)閷π睦硎鑼?dǎo)理論的研究有待深入,高校心理疏導(dǎo)者本身的道德素質(zhì)有待提高,高校思想政治教育的隊(duì)伍沒有形成有效的合力。為切實(shí)做好對大學(xué)生的心理疏導(dǎo)工作,應(yīng)該注重高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)者隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；提高高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)對象自身素質(zhì)；完善心理疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制運(yùn)行的信息平臺和心理咨詢服務(wù)體系,強(qiáng)化心理危機(jī)干預(yù)和心理疾病的防御；創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)的方法并拓寬其途徑；加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)與人文關(guān)懷相結(jié)合。 總之,加強(qiáng)在高校思想政治教育中運(yùn)用心理疏導(dǎo),建立合理的心理疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制,對做好新時期高校思想政治教育,提高高校思想政治教育的效果有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is essentially about people's ideological and political work, its subject and object are both real people, and its starting point and foothold are people. Therefore, we should do a good job in ideological and political work. As an important factor of human being, thought is an important point that can not be ignored. Psychological counseling is essential. The report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out: "strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance." Dealing with interpersonal relationships in the right way. "this provides an important guiding and guiding role for the conduct of psychological guidance work, in the context of intense social competition and cultural diversity." As an important role in social organizations, colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating socialist builders and successors. At the same time, colleges and universities as an important place for ideological and political education. Its ideological and political work also faces a series of problems. In order to do a better job of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, to maximize the function and role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a reasonable psychological counseling mechanism. We should actively explore and improve the long-term psychological counseling mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to increase the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, promote the all-round development of college students. This paper first expounds the differences between psychological counseling, psychological counseling, psychological education and mental health, and reviews the history of the development of ideological and political education in China. This paper clarifies the connotation and basic principles of psychological guidance under the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the main problems existing in the psychological guidance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. That is, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities lack of understanding of psychological guidance, lack of psychological guidance of the educational carrier, and so on, the reason why there are these problems is that the theory of psychological counseling needs to be further studied. The moral quality of psychological mentors in colleges and universities needs to be improved, and the team of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has not formed an effective resultant force. We should pay attention to the construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities; Improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities psychological guidance of their own quality; Improve the information platform and psychological counseling service system of psychological counseling mechanism, strengthen psychological crisis intervention and psychological disease prevention; To innovate the methods of psychological guidance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to broaden its approaches; Strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities psychological guidance and humanistic care combined. In short, strengthen the use of psychological guidance in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, establish a reasonable psychological counseling mechanism to do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
