【摘要】:令人深思的“錢學(xué)森”之問,引起當(dāng)前教育界和社會(huì)公眾紛紛發(fā)問我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)問題。隨著國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)的加劇及我國(guó)建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的提出,創(chuàng)新人才已成為提升國(guó)家核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵,而如何培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才,如何做好創(chuàng)新教育已成為需要全社會(huì)解答的一道課題。本研究立足基礎(chǔ)教育和高等教育的層面,通過對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育和高等教育協(xié)同培養(yǎng)模式的分析,以期為構(gòu)建我國(guó)更合理的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)體系盡綿薄之力。 本文共分為六部分: 第一部分,即緒論,主要介紹了本文的選題背景與研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法及研究思路等。 第二部分,介紹了協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的概念界定及意義。對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育、高等教育、協(xié)同培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新型人才的概念進(jìn)行了梳理,并分析了協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的必要性、可能性與重要性、緊迫性。 第三部分,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。通過對(duì)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才現(xiàn)狀的分析和研究,指出我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育階段和高等教育階段在教育理念、教育方式、教育內(nèi)容及思維方式培養(yǎng)等方面存在的問題,并揭示出問題背后的根源。 第四部分,,對(duì)中美兩國(guó)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才進(jìn)行比較分析。通過對(duì)大量資料的分析研究,主要從兩國(guó)的培養(yǎng)體系、高考招生制度和培養(yǎng)模式這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較分析,從分析的結(jié)論中找出兩國(guó)在培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才方面的區(qū)別,并努力從美國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)中找到適合我國(guó)吸收的精華。 第五部分,提出了我國(guó)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的原則和措施。結(jié)合美國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),指出我國(guó)應(yīng)本著長(zhǎng)期培養(yǎng)、多元評(píng)價(jià)、合力發(fā)展和個(gè)性化教育的原則,并且提出了在改革現(xiàn)行高考制度、改革教學(xué)方式、改革課程設(shè)置、改革教育管理方式等方面的具體措施。 第六部分,列舉了我國(guó)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的成功范例,以期這種合力育人模式的成功能夠帶動(dòng)更多的大學(xué)和中小學(xué)進(jìn)行協(xié)同培養(yǎng),為我國(guó)的創(chuàng)新教育做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The thought-provoking question of "Qian Xuesen". The current educational circles and the public have raised questions about the cultivation of innovative talents in China. With the intensification of the international competition situation and the strategic goal of building an innovative country in China. Innovative talents have become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the country, and how to cultivate innovative talents. How to do a good job of innovative education has become a problem for the whole society. This study is based on the level of basic education and higher education, through the analysis of basic education and higher education cooperative training model. In order to build a more reasonable innovation talent training system. This paper is divided into six parts: The first part, the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, literature review, research methods and research ideas. The second part introduces the concept and significance of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents. It combs the concepts of basic education, higher education, cooperative training and innovative talents. It also analyzes the necessity, possibility, importance and urgency of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents. The third part analyzes the current situation of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in China. Through the collaborative training of innovative talent analysis and research. This paper points out the problems existing in the stage of basic education and higher education in the aspects of educational idea, educational method, educational content and mode of thinking, and reveals the root of the problem. In the 4th part, the author makes a comparative analysis of the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents between China and the United States. Through the analysis and study of a large number of data, it mainly analyzes the training system of the two countries. The college entrance examination enrollment system and the training model of the three aspects of comparative analysis, from the conclusion of the analysis to find out the differences between the two countries in the cultivation of innovative talents. And from the successful experience of the United States to find suitable for our country to absorb the essence. In the 5th part, the author puts forward the principles and measures of cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in China. Combined with the successful experience of the United States, it points out that our country should follow the principles of long-term training, multi-evaluation, joint development and individualized education. It also puts forward some concrete measures in reforming the current college entrance examination system, reforming the teaching method, reforming the curriculum setting, reforming the educational management method and so on. In the 6th part, the author enumerates the successful examples of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in China, in the hope that the success of this model can lead more universities and primary and secondary schools to cooperate in training. To contribute to innovative education in China.
