【摘要】：大學(xué)階段是大學(xué)生人格形成的關(guān)鍵時期,也是其人格會發(fā)生巨大變化的重要轉(zhuǎn)折時期。然而科技進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛推進(jìn)以及教育體制變革等諸多因素的影響,導(dǎo)致形成了競爭日趨激烈的社會環(huán)境,致使大學(xué)生在校期間所面臨的環(huán)境適應(yīng)、人際關(guān)系、學(xué)習(xí)成才、畢業(yè)求職等方面的壓力和沖突逐漸增大。因此,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng),已成為高等院校人才培養(yǎng)必須研究解決的課題。以下是本文關(guān)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)研究的四章簡述概括。 第一章,緒論。簡述了本文關(guān)于大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的研究背景和研究意義。綜述了關(guān)于大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的國內(nèi)及國外研究狀況。介紹了本文的研究方法及創(chuàng)新點。 第二章,大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的概念及相關(guān)理論。首先,概述了人格的概念。其次概述了人格培養(yǎng)的概念。最后闡述了人格培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)理論,包括馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、社會主義核心價值體系理論。 第三章,大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的主要問題及原因。首先全面闡述了大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)中存在的問題。包括三個方面,家庭、學(xué)校、社會在大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)中存在的問題。最后,在其相應(yīng)的家庭、學(xué)校、社會中找出原因進(jìn)行了分析。 第四章,完善大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的對策。首先,介紹了國外一些發(fā)達(dá)國家,包括美國、英國、日本在大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)中的經(jīng)驗。其次介紹了大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的原則。包括人的全面發(fā)展原則、社會主義榮辱觀原則、以人為本原則、實踐性原則和集體主義原則。最后根據(jù)國內(nèi)外研究大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的這些問題及原因,闡述了大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)的途徑,也是如何解決大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)中的問題。包括自身培養(yǎng)、學(xué)校培養(yǎng)、家庭和社會如何配合學(xué)校進(jìn)行對大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)等等。
[Abstract]:The university stage is the key period for the formation of college students' personality, and it is also an important turning point of their personality changes. However, the progress of science and technology, economic globalization. The rapid development of the market economy and the influence of many factors such as the reform of the educational system lead to the increasingly fierce competition in the social environment which causes the college students to adapt to the environment interpersonal relationships and learn to become talented. The pressure and conflict of graduation and job-hunting are gradually increasing. Therefore, we should strengthen the cultivation of college students' personality. It has become a subject that must be studied and solved in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. The following four chapters are briefly summarized in this paper on the study of personality cultivation of contemporary college students. Chapter one. Introduction. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research on the cultivation of college students' personality, summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation on the cultivation of college students' personality, and introduces the research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second chapter, the concept of personality cultivation of college students and related theories. Firstly, it summarizes the concept of personality. Secondly, it summarizes the concept of personality cultivation. Finally, it expounds the related theory of personality cultivation. Including Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings, scientific development concept, socialist core value system theory. The third chapter, the main problems and reasons of personality cultivation of college students. Firstly, the problems in the cultivation of college students' personality are expounded comprehensively, including three aspects, family and school. Finally, the author analyzes the causes of the problems in the cultivation of college students' personality in their respective families, schools and societies. Chapter 4th, the countermeasures to improve the personality of college students. First, the introduction of some developed countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom. Japan's experience in the cultivation of college students' personality. Secondly, it introduces the principles of the cultivation of college students' personality, including the principle of all-round development of human beings, the principle of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and the principle of people-oriented. Practice principle and collectivism principle. Finally, according to the domestic and foreign research on these problems and reasons of college students' personality cultivation, this paper expounds the ways of college students' personality cultivation. It is also how to solve the problems in the cultivation of college students' personality, including self-cultivation, school cultivation, and how families and society cooperate with the school to cultivate college students' personality, and so on.
