【摘要】：本文從高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化的視角出發(fā),對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倫理進(jìn)行研究。高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)其專(zhuān)業(yè)化,不僅需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)這一職業(yè)的職業(yè)發(fā)展、職業(yè)方向和理論建設(shè),更需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)其職業(yè)的倫理規(guī)范和指導(dǎo)。對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)倫理構(gòu)建是高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化的重要內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)倫理建設(shè),進(jìn)一步豐富與完善高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化建設(shè)內(nèi)容,拓展高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化建設(shè)的理論研究視域,推動(dòng)高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。本文一共六個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容,第一章導(dǎo)論部分主要是介紹了問(wèn)題的緣起,包括研究背景與意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、基本思路和研究方法。第二章是基本概念界定,包括高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展歷史、專(zhuān)業(yè)化內(nèi)涵、職業(yè)倫理、高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倫理等。第三章是從高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化與高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倫理的關(guān)系視角出發(fā),詳細(xì)闡述二者之間的關(guān)系。第四章是從高校輔導(dǎo)員專(zhuān)業(yè)化進(jìn)程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)角度出發(fā),詳細(xì)描述了高校輔導(dǎo)員在現(xiàn)實(shí)中遇到的四大困惑。第五章是在第四章的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)生的困境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的原因分析。最后,在分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出建設(shè)高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倫理的四條路徑。
[Abstract]:This article from the perspective of professional college counselors, to study college counselors occupation ethics. The construction of college counselors team to achieve their professional, not only need to strengthen the occupation development of this occupation, occupation direction and theory construction, but also the need to strengthen the ethical norms of the occupation and guidance of college counselors. The occupation ethics construction is an important content of College Counselors' professional ethics construction. Through the occupation of college counselors, further enrich and improve college counselors' professional construction, expansion of College Counselors' professional construction theory research field, promote the College Counselors' professional construction process. The content of this paper consists of six parts, the first chapter is the introduction the origin of the problem, research status including research background and significance, the basic ideas and research methods. The second chapter is the basic concept of community Set, including the College Counselors' professional development history, professional connotation, occupation ethics, college counselors occupation ethics. The third chapter is from the perspective of the relationship between professional college counselors and college counselors occupation ethics, expounds the relationship between the two. The fourth chapter is the reality from the perspective of professional college counselors in the process of starting. A detailed description of the four puzzles of college counselors encounter in reality. The fifth chapter is on the basis of the fourth chapter, a detailed analysis of causes of the dilemma. Finally, on the basis of the study, put forward four ways of construction of college counselors occupation ethics.
