【摘要】:自我教育能力是指一個人在良好的品德修養(yǎng)、健康的思想情操、正確的政治方向、遠(yuǎn)大的理想抱負(fù)等方面的自我認(rèn)識、自我評價、自我修正能力。在19世紀(jì),有“德國教師的教師”之稱的第斯多惠曾經(jīng)說“一位壞的教師奉送真理,一位好的教師則教人發(fā)現(xiàn)真理!彼f,相對于學(xué)生來說教師要成為啟蒙的“火炬”。前蘇聯(lián)大教育家蘇霍姆林斯基也曾說過:“我深信,只有能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生去進行自我教育的教育,才是真正的教育”。從人性存在的意義上講,自我教育是人性積極性、主動性的具體體現(xiàn),也因此受到了不同國家教育家們的重視。今天,我們對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進行教育,也就更加應(yīng)該重視自我教育的價值和意義,還要通過一定的教育方法和手段提高大學(xué)生自我教育的能力。 當(dāng)前,高校的大學(xué)生教育工作給人很“空虛”的感覺,整體時效性不強。教育工作者總是以單一的、固定的傳統(tǒng)模式把教育強加給學(xué)生,缺少了對學(xué)生主體性的關(guān)注,也就缺少了人性的關(guān)注。在這種教育模式下,大學(xué)生的積極性、主動性遭到打壓,能動性得不到發(fā)揮,學(xué)生完全成為了被動的客體,教育失去了它原有的本質(zhì)。高校教育工作者面對的對象是大學(xué)生,是活生生的人,既然教育的對象是人,就應(yīng)該以人的全面發(fā)展為目的而去開展教育實踐活動,所以教育的本質(zhì)也可以說是促進人的潛能的發(fā)揮、人性的完善和自我價值的提升。 根據(jù)上述分析,文章提出了以充分發(fā)揮自主性、自覺性為核心理念的大學(xué)生自我教育這一現(xiàn)代教育模式,就是為了讓大學(xué)生真正樹立起良好自我教育意識,順利成長成才。全文采用了調(diào)查、對比、跨學(xué)科和理論聯(lián)系實際等方法進行研究,對當(dāng)代高校大學(xué)生的教育現(xiàn)狀進行了深入的分析和研究,將傳統(tǒng)大學(xué)生教育模式和大學(xué)生自我教育模式進行了比較,并且經(jīng)過多學(xué)科相關(guān)理論的論證,同時,通過調(diào)查問卷和分析研究,再結(jié)合當(dāng)代高校大學(xué)生教育的研究現(xiàn)狀,得出結(jié)論:大學(xué)生自我教育模式符合大學(xué)生的成長成才,是科學(xué)的教育理論。本文主要有以下幾個方面的觀點:首先,當(dāng)前高校傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)生教育模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)時代的需要,出現(xiàn)不如人意的狀況,自我教育的過程也存在很多的問題。要想徹底克服高校傳統(tǒng)教育模式的弊端,就要在教育工作中注重大學(xué)生主體性的發(fā)揮,發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主觀能動性,全面樹立自我教育我理念和模式。第二,大學(xué)生自我教育的過程不是通過高校教育工作者的單一的教學(xué)和灌輸模式獲得的,必須要積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生去開展自我教育,這也是教育的本源,就是教育者對被教育者的引導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)。只有在教育者的引導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)下,通過大學(xué)生主體性的發(fā)揮,才能順利實現(xiàn)自我教育,促進個體的成長和發(fā)展。“沒有教育者的價值引導(dǎo),就不成其為教育過程而是單純的自我修養(yǎng)、自我教育;沒有受教者的自我教育,教育者的價值引導(dǎo)也難以發(fā)揮作用。”[1]本文通過問卷調(diào)查、對比等研究方式,在對傳統(tǒng)高校教育模式提出否定的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步提出了大學(xué)生自我教育的理念,并指出這一理念是符合大學(xué)生成長教育規(guī)律的,揭示了大學(xué)生教育的本質(zhì)和一般規(guī)律,也為今后做好高校大學(xué)生的教育工作指明了道路。在對學(xué)生進行教育的過程中,作為高校的教育工作者,一定要注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主體意識和主體精神,充分調(diào)動大學(xué)生的主觀能動性,培養(yǎng)參與意識,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神,讓大學(xué)生充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能和個性,從而塑造大學(xué)生個性,實現(xiàn)個人價值,從而確保高校大學(xué)生教育工作的科學(xué)性和實效性。 全文由引言、正文和結(jié)論三部分構(gòu)成。在引言部分,主要介紹了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我教育的價值和重要意義、基本研究思路和研究重、難點研究目標(biāo)與研究現(xiàn)狀等。在文章的正文部分首先介紹了大學(xué)生自我教育的概念、特征和理論依據(jù);第二部介紹了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生自我教育的必要性;第三部分展示了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果和分析了形成的原因;第四部分分別從優(yōu)化大學(xué)生自我教育外部環(huán)境,在高校教育工作者和大學(xué)生中全面樹立正確的自我教育理念,,積極采取措施,努力培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自我教育的能力和方法方面給出了對策。在文章的結(jié)論部分,再一次講明了文章的核心觀點,大學(xué)生自我教育是符合大學(xué)生教育規(guī)律的科學(xué)的教育理論,同時還交代了研究的局限和不足以及進步方向。
[Abstract]:Self education ability refers to a person in good moral cultivation, healthy sentiment, the correct political direction, lofty ambitions and other aspects of the self understanding, self evaluation, self correction ability. The former Soviet Union educator Sue Home Linsky once said: "I am convinced that only able to motivate students to do self education, is the real education" from the existence of humanity. Sense of self education is the embodiment of human enthusiasm, initiative, and therefore subject to the educator's attention in different countries. Today, our education of contemporary college students, also more attention should be paid to the self The value and significance of my education should also improve the ability of college students to educate themselves by means of certain educational methods and means.
At present, college students' Education in Colleges and universities give people a feeling of "empty", the overall effectiveness is not strong. Educators always single, the traditional fixed mode of education imposed on students, the lack of students' subjectivity, it is the lack of humanistic concern. In this kind of education mode, actively college students, the initiative was suppressed, the initiative can not play, the students become completely passive object, education has lost its original essence. The object of educational workers in Colleges and universities are faced with college students, is a living person, since the object of education is people, it should be based on people's all-round development for the purpose to to carry out educational practice, so the essence of education can also be said to promote people's potential, the improvement of the humanity and the value of self promotion.
According to the above analysis, the paper proposes to give full play to the initiative, self education consciousness as the core concept of the students in this modern education mode, in order to make the students establish good self education awareness, grow up smoothly. This paper uses survey, comparative, interdisciplinary research and theory with practice method, the in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation of contemporary college students' education, the traditional mode of education and college students college students' self education mode, and through multidisciplinary related theory, at the same time, through the investigation and analysis, combined with the research status of contemporary college students' education and draw the conclusion that College Students' self education mode with students the growth of talent, is the education theory of science. This paper mainly has the following several aspects: first, the traditional university The college education model has been unable to meet the needs of the times, appear unsatisfactory situation, self education also has many problems. The thesis is composed of preface, text and conclusion of three parts. In the introduction part, mainly introduces the self education of contemporary college students' value and significance, basic theory and research, difficult research objectives and research status. In the main part of this article firstly introduces the concept of College Students' self education, characteristics and theoretical basis; second introduces the necessity of College Students' self education; the third part shows the survey results of self education of contemporary college students and analyzes the reasons for the formation of; the fourth part is from the optimization of College Students' self education external environment, establish a correct concept of self education in Higher Education workers and college students, and actively take measures to cultivate skills and methods college students' self education gives the countermeasures. In the conclusion, once again made it clear that the core point of view, Self-education of college students is a scientific theory of education which is in line with the law of college students. At the same time, it has also explained the limitations and shortcomings of the research and the direction of progress.
