【摘要】：高校輔導員在應對學生突發(fā)事件過程中,表現出預判前對問題性質把握不準確、處置中應對能力不夠和經驗不足、善后時心理干預不到位甚至缺位等問題。從主觀因素看,主要有認識不到位、缺乏經驗和僥幸心理等原因;從客觀因素看,主要有培訓不到位、總結反思不夠和應急機制不健全等原因。提出了提高輔導員對學生突發(fā)事件發(fā)生發(fā)展規(guī)律的認知、以教育行政主管部為牽頭單位建立學生突發(fā)事件案例庫、提高學生突發(fā)事件應急演練的實戰(zhàn)性和針對性、提高輔導員對學生突發(fā)事件的研判能力和構建以快速反應為目標的學生突發(fā)事件應急聯動機制等對策。
[Abstract]:College counselors in the process of dealing with student emergencies, show that the pre-judgment of the nature of the problem is not accurate, dealing with the ability to cope with inadequate and inadequate experience. The psychological intervention is not in place or even the absence in the aftercare. From the subjective factors, there are mainly some reasons, such as lack of understanding, lack of experience and fluke psychology. From the perspective of objective factors, there are main reasons such as inadequate training, inadequate reflection and inadequate emergency mechanism, and so on. The author proposes to improve the counselors' cognition of the law of the occurrence and development of students' unexpected events. In order to improve the actual combat and pertinence of student emergency drills, the department of education administration should be the lead unit to establish the student emergency case bank. To improve the ability of the counselors to judge the students' emergencies and to set up the linkage mechanism of the students' emergency response with the goal of rapid response, and so on.
