【摘要】：高校社團(tuán)以興趣為導(dǎo)向,以實(shí)踐性為本質(zhì)特征,在大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)中能夠起到引導(dǎo)、凝聚、激勵(lì)、提升的重要作用。大學(xué)生通過參與社團(tuán)實(shí)踐,可以增進(jìn)主體性意識(shí)、契約法治意識(shí)、科學(xué)理性意識(shí)、責(zé)任奉獻(xiàn)意識(shí)。高校社團(tuán)在大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)中存在的問題和困境主要有：學(xué)校重視程度不足、社團(tuán)組織制度不規(guī)范、社員歸屬感不強(qiáng)、社團(tuán)間發(fā)展不平衡。這些不足可以從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)：第一,加強(qiáng)對(duì)高校社團(tuán)的重視和管理,增強(qiáng)其公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略性；第二,加強(qiáng)對(duì)高校社團(tuán)組織建設(shè)及指導(dǎo),增強(qiáng)其公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力；第三,加大資金扶持力度,規(guī)范社團(tuán)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)其公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的實(shí)效性；第四,擴(kuò)大社團(tuán)內(nèi)外交流,增強(qiáng)其公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的影響力；第五,推進(jìn)優(yōu)秀社團(tuán)建設(shè),構(gòu)建品牌社團(tuán),增強(qiáng)其公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的感召力。
[Abstract]:With interest as the guide and practicality as the essential characteristic, the university community can play an important role in the cultivation of college students' civic consciousness. It can enhance the consciousness of subjectivity, contract and rule of law, scientific rationality, responsibility and dedication. The main problems and difficulties in the cultivation of college students' civic consciousness are: the school pays less attention to it. The system of association organization is not standardized, the sense of belonging of members is not strong, and the development of community is not balanced. These deficiencies can be improved from the following aspects: first, to strengthen the attention and management of university associations. To strengthen the strategy of cultivating their civic consciousness; Second, strengthen the construction and guidance of the university community organization, strengthen the leadership of its civic awareness; Third, we should increase financial support, standardize the content of community activities, and enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of civic awareness; 4th, expand the communication inside and outside the community, enhance the influence of the cultivation of civic consciousness; In 5th, to promote the construction of excellent associations, to build brand associations, and to enhance their civic awareness.
