【摘要】:公眾對待殘疾人的消極態(tài)度已經有幾千年的歷史了。這一“無形的障礙”對殘疾人的生活經驗,就業(yè)機會,尋求幫助的行為有著極大的影響。然而關于殘疾人態(tài)度的研究在西方已有相當大的規(guī)模,而我國在這方面的研究相對較少。 本研究在梳理國內外相關殘疾人態(tài)度理論、殘疾人態(tài)度測量方法的基礎上,著重應用聯合分析法分析大學生對殘疾人態(tài)度的影響因素。以沈陽市某師范院校和醫(yī)學院兩所大學的學生305人為被試,在社區(qū)生活輔助活動的情境下,要求被試對聯合分析法所發(fā)展的22張卡片進行排序,深入探討了影響大學生對殘疾人態(tài)度偏好的主要因素,部分支持了國外和臺灣地區(qū)同類研究的結果。具體研究結論如下: (1)影響大學生對殘疾人態(tài)度偏好的重要因素是殘疾類型、殘疾程度、年齡、教育程度,性別和工作狀態(tài)在本研究中為無顯著影響因素。針對大學生對殘疾人態(tài)度,與殘疾相關因素的相對重要性顯著高于非殘疾相關因素。 (2)聯合分析法能夠有效地說明大學生對殘疾人態(tài)度的各影響因素在組合和分離中所占權重,是一種能真實地反應對殘疾人態(tài)度的間接測量方法。 (3)大學生在對殘疾人態(tài)度不同的影響因素水平上,有不同的偏愛順序。在殘疾類型上,大學生的偏愛等級是沿著身體殘疾向精神殘疾連續(xù)體的方向;在殘疾程度上,大學生偏愛等級是有重度殘疾到輕度殘疾的方向;在年齡上,,大學生偏愛年輕的殘疾人;在教育程度上,大學生偏愛受過高等教育的殘疾人。 (4)雖然大學生對殘疾人總體接觸較少,但是有接觸經驗者相對于無接觸經驗者在決定殘疾人偏好時,非殘疾相關因素有所提高。
[Abstract]:The public to treat people with negative attitude has a history of several thousand years. This "invisible barrier" for the disabled life experience, employment opportunities, help seeking behavior has a great impact. However, research on attitudes toward people with disabilities in the West has a considerable scale, but the research in this field in our country is relatively small.
In this study, summarizing the relevant theoretical basis of attitudes toward people with disabilities, disabled attitude measurement methods, focuses on the application of conjoint analysis to analysis the affecting factors of the disabled university students' attitude to two universities in Shenyang city. A normal university and college students 305 subjects in the activities of community assisted living situation, 22 cards participants were asked on the progress of the conjoint analysis method to sort, discusses the main factors affecting college students' attitudes towards disabled persons preference, support some of the overseas research and Taiwan regions. The specific research results are as follows:
(1) the important influencing factors of disabled college students is disabled attitude type, degree of disability, age, education, gender and work status in this study for the factors had no significant effect. According to the college students' attitudes towards disabled persons, and the relative importance of disability related factors was significantly higher than that of non disabled related factors.
(2) conjoint analysis can effectively explain the weight of all the influencing factors of College Students' attitudes towards disabled people in combination and separation, and it is a indirect measurement method that can truly respond to attitudes towards disabled people.
(3) college students in the level of influence factors on different attitudes toward people with disabilities, there are different preferences in order. The type of disability, their preference level is the physical disability to mental disability along the continuum direction; in the disability degree, college students' preference level is severely disabled to mild disability direction; in age. College students' preference for young people with disabilities; in the education level, college students' preference for highly educated people with disabilities.
(4) although college students have little contact with disabled persons, the relative factors of non disability are improved when compared with those who have no contact with the disabled.
