【摘要】:伴隨著我國社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,民眾也隨之對(duì)所受教育的層次和內(nèi)容提出了更高更多的要求,進(jìn)而將涵蓋了職業(yè)教育、繼續(xù)教育以及崗位培訓(xùn)的等內(nèi)容的成人教育作為提升職業(yè)素質(zhì)和文化涵養(yǎng)的首要考慮對(duì)象。近年來,社區(qū)教育憑借其貼合社會(huì)生活需求的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)急速興起并不斷發(fā)展,不僅成為成人教育的重要拓展,更是為成人教育注入了新的活力。由于其所具有的特質(zhì)和功能逐漸被認(rèn)識(shí)和重視,并在國際范圍內(nèi)形成潮流,因此,作為社區(qū)教育重要機(jī)構(gòu)的社區(qū)大學(xué)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展也隨之成為成人教育工作的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。 本文從臺(tái)灣地區(qū)社區(qū)大學(xué)的民間特色研究入手,著重探討其理念、組織管理、課程設(shè)置等方面所體現(xiàn)出的民間特色,旨在進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮和激勵(lì)民間力量服務(wù)社區(qū)的力量與熱情,推動(dòng)臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)的健康持久發(fā)展;借鑒臺(tái)灣民間辦社區(qū)大學(xué)之先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),推動(dòng)大陸社區(qū)大學(xué)發(fā)展,提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量。論文主體部分如下 第一章是相關(guān)概念界定及臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)基本情況。其內(nèi)容主要是對(duì)論文所涉的相關(guān)概念,包括社區(qū)、社區(qū)大學(xué)、臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)、民間特色及非政府組織等進(jìn)行相關(guān)的闡明論述,以明確本文的研究對(duì)象和范圍并奠定相應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二章是臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)的民間特色的表現(xiàn)。本章是論文的主體部分,主要對(duì)臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念、組織管理及教學(xué)活動(dòng)等方面表現(xiàn)出的民間特色進(jìn)行概括分析,總結(jié)得出臺(tái)灣社區(qū)大學(xué)在興起和發(fā)展過程中民間性特點(diǎn)的突出作用。 第三章是對(duì)大陸地區(qū)興辦社區(qū)大學(xué)的啟示。本章通過對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)社區(qū)大學(xué)民間特色的分析探討,得出大陸地區(qū)興辦社區(qū)大學(xué)幾點(diǎn)較為可行的建議。主要有更新社區(qū)大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念,完善多方參與管理機(jī)制以及豐富教學(xué)活動(dòng)的民間特色等幾方面。 本文著重研究臺(tái)灣地區(qū)社區(qū)大學(xué)的運(yùn)作過程中所體現(xiàn)的民間特色,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒其先進(jìn)理念與方法,進(jìn)而針對(duì)大陸地區(qū)興辦社區(qū)大學(xué)過程中民間力量參與不足的突出問題進(jìn)行分析,并獲得解決問題的建議措施,以求達(dá)到促進(jìn)大陸地區(qū)社區(qū)大學(xué)的建設(shè),推動(dòng)大陸地區(qū)社區(qū)教育的健康發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of our society and economy, the people also put forward higher and more requirements on the level and content of the education, which will cover the vocational education. The adult education of continuing education and post training is the primary consideration in the promotion of professional quality and culture. In recent years. Community education, with its characteristics and advantages to meet the needs of social life, is rising rapidly and developing constantly, which is not only an important expansion of adult education. It also infuses new vitality into adult education. Because of its characteristics and functions are gradually recognized and valued, and in the international scope to form a trend, so. As an important institution of community education, the construction and development of community colleges has become an important part of adult education. This paper starts with the study of folk characteristics of community universities in Taiwan, focusing on its concept, organization and management, curriculum and other aspects of the folk characteristics. The aim is to further exert and encourage the folk forces to serve the community and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Taiwan's community universities. Learn from the advanced experience of the non-governmental run community university in Taiwan, promote the development of the community university in mainland China, improve the quality of running the school. The main part of the thesis is as follows The first chapter is the definition of relevant concepts and the basic situation of Taiwan community university. Its content is mainly related to the related concepts of the paper, including community, community university, Taiwan community university. In order to clarify the object and scope of this paper and lay a theoretical foundation for it, folk characteristics and non-governmental organizations are expounded. The second chapter is the performance of the folk characteristics of the Taiwan community university. This chapter is the main part of the paper, mainly to the concept of running a school of the Taiwan community university. The folk characteristics of organization management and teaching activities are summarized and analyzed and the prominent role of folk characteristics in the rise and development of Taiwan community universities is summarized. The third chapter is the enlightenment to the establishment of community universities in mainland China. This chapter analyzes the folk characteristics of the community universities in Taiwan. Some feasible suggestions for setting up community universities in mainland China are obtained, such as renewing the idea of running community universities, perfecting the management mechanism of multi-party participation and enriching the folk characteristics of teaching activities. This paper focuses on the study of the folk characteristics of the operation of the community universities in Taiwan, and learn from its advanced ideas and methods. In order to promote the construction of community universities in mainland China, this paper analyzes the prominent problems of the lack of participation of folk forces in the process of setting up community universities in mainland China, and obtains some suggestions to solve the problems in order to promote the construction of community universities in mainland China. The aim of promoting the healthy development of community education in mainland China.
