【摘要】:貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)涉及到廣大人民群眾,特別是貧困人群對高等教育投資的信心,關(guān)系到國家高層次人力資源的合理使用,更關(guān)系到高等教育結(jié)果的公平。因此,研究貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè),使貧困大學(xué)生走出就業(yè)困境,享受充分就業(yè)機(jī)會,顯得十分重要和緊迫。本文對貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)過程中存在的主要問題進(jìn)行闡述,并對其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,并在增權(quán)理論的基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)對策。本文從五個(gè)方面對貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題加以探討: 第一部分:包括本文的選題來源,研究意義,國內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究方法和研究內(nèi)容。 第二部分:首先闡述增權(quán)理論的概念及其實(shí)踐模型,然后從教育公平、教育投資和構(gòu)建和諧社會三方面闡述增權(quán)理論與貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相關(guān)性。 第三部分:對貧困大學(xué)生的的概念進(jìn)行界定,并貧困大學(xué)生的貧困內(nèi)容進(jìn)行劃分,,分析當(dāng)前貧困生的就業(yè)背景和貧困大學(xué)生的受助現(xiàn)狀以及用增權(quán)理論研究貧困生就業(yè)的可行性。 第四部分:調(diào)查貧困生在經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀、心理現(xiàn)狀、技能現(xiàn)狀等方面權(quán)能的缺失,根據(jù)實(shí)證調(diào)查得到數(shù)據(jù),從主觀和客觀兩個(gè)方面闡述貧困生由于去權(quán)或失權(quán)而就業(yè)困難的原因。最后總結(jié)得出貧困生的綜合素質(zhì)是影響貧困生就業(yè)的最主要因素。 第五部分:基于理論分析和實(shí)證分析,提出有效地解決好貧困生就業(yè)問題應(yīng)該依靠“個(gè)體主動模式”與“外力推動模式”相結(jié)合,從政府、社會、高校、家庭和貧困大學(xué)生個(gè)人五個(gè)方面消除貧困生的無權(quán)感,激發(fā)貧困大學(xué)生潛能,提升貧困大學(xué)生綜合能力,促進(jìn)貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The employment of impoverished college students involves the people, especially the poor people's confidence in the investment of higher education, the rational use of high-level human resources of the country, and the fairness of the results of higher education. It is very important and urgent to study the employment of poor college students, so that they can get out of the employment predicament and enjoy full employment opportunities. This paper expounds the main problems existing in the process of employment of poor college students. On the basis of the theory of empowerment, this paper discusses the employment of impoverished college students from five aspects. The first part: including the source of this topic, significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and research content. The second part: firstly, the concept of empowerment theory and its practical model are expounded, and then the correlation between empowerment theory and the employment of poor college students is expounded from three aspects: education equity, education investment and building a harmonious society. The third part: the definition of the concept of poor college students, and poverty content of poor college students are divided. This paper analyzes the employment background of the poor students and the current situation of the poor college students' receiving assistance, and studies the feasibility of the employment of the poor students with the theory of empowerment. Part 4th: investigate the lack of power of poor students in economic status, psychological status, skill status and so on, and get the data according to the empirical survey. From subjective and objective aspects, this paper expounds the reasons for the difficulty in obtaining employment for poor students due to the loss of their right or power, and concludes that the comprehensive quality of poor students is the most important factor affecting the employment of poor students. Part 5th: based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, it is proposed that the effective solution to the employment problem of poor students should rely on the combination of "individual initiative mode" and "external force promotion model", from the government, society, colleges and universities. The family and the poor college students have five aspects: eliminating the sense of powerlessness, stimulating the potential of the poor college students, promoting the comprehensive ability of the poor college students and promoting the employment of the poor college students.
