【摘要】:面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),黨和國(guó)家把促進(jìn)就業(yè)擺在突出的位置上,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)和創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)崗位是我們國(guó)家,社會(huì)以及個(gè)人都十分關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。黨的十八大報(bào)告明確提出:“引導(dǎo)勞動(dòng)者轉(zhuǎn)變就業(yè)觀念,鼓勵(lì)多渠道多形式就業(yè),促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè),做好以高校畢業(yè)生為重點(diǎn)的青年就業(yè)工作�!贝髮W(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)既是我們教育體制改革和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源,也是繁榮社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),加速我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅可以解決自身的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,而且還能提供更多的就業(yè)崗位。2015全國(guó)兩會(huì)期間,李克強(qiáng)總理在《政府工作報(bào)告》中提出要“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”,強(qiáng)調(diào)要將此作為新常態(tài)下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新引擎。國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變就業(yè)思路,變被動(dòng)擇業(yè)為主動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè),并要求高校要加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,落實(shí)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)促進(jìn)計(jì)劃和實(shí)施好大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)引領(lǐng)計(jì)劃。各高校作為大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才的主陣地,要積極響應(yīng)時(shí)代號(hào)召,重視創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)。然而,截止目前,我國(guó)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)比例非常低,僅占高校畢業(yè)生總數(shù)的1%。這種現(xiàn)象說(shuō)明我國(guó)高�,F(xiàn)有創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系存在諸多問(wèn)題,已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)需求。針對(duì)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)效果不理想的現(xiàn)狀,本文采用思辨研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)理論進(jìn)行梳理,并對(duì)中外高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系進(jìn)行比較研究,在分析個(gè)案的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)在創(chuàng)業(yè)課程設(shè)置、創(chuàng)業(yè)師資培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐以及創(chuàng)業(yè)理論研究等方面存在諸多問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,筆者從以下五個(gè)方面提出了解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策:明確創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),保證創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方向;注重創(chuàng)業(yè)課程內(nèi)容交互性,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的分類培養(yǎng);加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)專職師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),保證創(chuàng)業(yè)教育質(zhì)量;拓展大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐平臺(tái),提供更多的創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),提升大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能;加大創(chuàng)業(yè)政策宣傳力度,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation, the party and the state put the promotion of employment in a prominent position. How to achieve employment and create more jobs is a matter of great concern to our country, society and individuals. The eighteen major reports of the party clearly put forward: "guide workers to change employment concept, encourage multi-channel and multi form employment, promote entrepreneurship and promote employment, and do well the youth employment work focused on college graduates." College Students' entrepreneurship is not only a source of power for our educational system reform and hi-tech industry's leaping development, but also a driving force for the prosperity of the socialist market economy and the acceleration of China's economic development. College students can not only solve their own employment problems, but also provide more jobs. 2015, during the two sessions of the National People's Congress, Premier Li Keqiang put forward "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in the "government work report", emphasizing that we should take this as a new engine of economic development under the new normal. The State encourages college students to change their employment ideas, change passive jobs and take the initiative to start businesses, and requires that colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance and entrepreneurship education, implement the employment promotion plan for college graduates and implement the guidance plan of College Students' entrepreneurship. As the main position of the growth of college students, colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the times and attach importance to the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents. However, up to now, the proportion of college graduates in China is very low, accounting for only 1% of the total number of college graduates. This phenomenon shows that there are many problems in the training system of entrepreneurial talent in China's colleges and universities, which can not meet the needs of College Students' entrepreneurship. According to the current situation of our country's university entrepreneurship training effect is not ideal, the thought and methods of combination of research and empirical research, combing theoretical training for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial talents of foreign university personnel training system, comparative study, based on the analysis of the case, found that there are many problems in the Entrepreneurship curriculum, entrepreneurship teacher training, entrepreneurial practice and entrepreneurship research, entrepreneurial talent training of our university. To solve these problems, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem from the following five aspects: clear the entrepreneurial talent training objectives, ensure the entrepreneurial talent training direction; focus on entrepreneurship curriculum content interaction, classification of entrepreneurial talent training; strengthen the construction of full-time teachers, ensure the quality of entrepreneurship education; development of College Students' entrepreneurial practice platform, provide more business the opportunity to improve college students' entrepreneurial skills; strengthen entrepreneurship policy propaganda, encourage students to entrepreneurship.
