農(nóng)村師資的困境與出路——基于Y縣的個案分析

【摘要】:農(nóng)村師資隊伍整體水平不高是阻礙我國農(nóng)村義務教育發(fā)展的主要障礙之一。當前我國農(nóng)村師資隊伍存在骨干教師減少與流失、教師年齡老化、部分學科教師短缺、師資培訓效果不佳、教師管理體制不健全等多方面的困境。解決這些困難需要從外部條件和內(nèi)部條件兩個方面入手,加大對農(nóng)村義務教育的扶持力度并建立起高效公平的教育管理體制。
[Abstract]:The low level of rural teachers is one of the main obstacles to the development of rural compulsory education in China. At present, there are many dilemmas, such as the reduction and loss of backbone teachers, the aging of teachers, the shortage of teachers in some subjects, the poor effect of teacher training, and the imperfect management system of teachers in rural areas of our country. To solve these difficulties, we should start with the external and internal conditions, strengthen the support for rural compulsory education and establish an efficient and fair educational management system.
