儒家的教育理念及其對現(xiàn)代教育的啟示

【摘要】: 儒家的教育理念是我國教育教學(xué)理論現(xiàn)代化的寶貴財富。對其進(jìn)行再研究、再認(rèn)識、再發(fā)展,能更好的推進(jìn)教育體制改革,對構(gòu)建有中國特色的現(xiàn)代教育理念具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和長遠(yuǎn)的歷史價值。文章從有教無類、修齊治平、德育優(yōu)先、因材施教等方面入手闡述了儒家教育理念的基本特征。這些優(yōu)秀的教育理念至今體現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)代教育的理論和實踐中。儒家重視教育在社會發(fā)展、人格塑造方面的作用,,儒家的教育理念體現(xiàn)了社會發(fā)展與人的發(fā)展的辯證統(tǒng)一。儒家的教育理念為確立素質(zhì)教育的思想提供了豐富的傳統(tǒng)資源,對確立以人為本的教育思想、終身教育思想、創(chuàng)新教育思想有著重要的作用。對當(dāng)前學(xué)校教育工作的開展有著重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:Confucian educational idea is the precious wealth of the modernization of education and teaching theory in our country. It is of great practical significance and long-term historical value to study, understand and develop it again, which can better promote the reform of education system, and have important practical significance and long-term historical value for the construction of modern educational concept with Chinese characteristics. This paper expounds the basic characteristics of Confucian educational idea from the aspects of teaching and learning without classification, revising Qi Zhiping, giving priority to moral education and teaching students according to their aptitude. These excellent educational ideas have been embodied in the theory and practice of modern education. Confucianism attaches importance to the role of education in social development and personality shaping. Confucian educational concept embodies the dialectical unity of social development and human development. Confucian educational concept provides abundant traditional resources for the establishment of quality-oriented education, and plays an important role in establishing people-oriented educational thought, life-long education thought and innovative educational thought. It has important enlightenment to the current school education work.
