【摘要】：農(nóng)村貧困大學(xué)生是一個(gè)特殊的群體,面對(duì)新的就業(yè)形勢(shì),農(nóng)村貧困大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理障礙日漸突出,了解并分析引發(fā)其心理問(wèn)題的的成因,既有積極方面的因素,又有消極方面的因素,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,提高就業(yè)率;而且還對(duì)提高整個(gè)社會(huì)和諧進(jìn)步具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Rural poor college students are a special group. In the face of the new employment situation, the psychological barriers to employment of rural poor college students are becoming more and more prominent. To understand and analyze the causes of their psychological problems, there are some positive factors. There are also negative factors, we should take appropriate measures to improve the employment rate; Moreover, it is of great significance to improve the harmony and progress of the whole society.
