江西省8所大學(xué)1348名大學(xué)生主觀幸福感影響因素的調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的:對(duì)江西省8所大學(xué)部分學(xué)生主觀幸福感進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,為進(jìn)一步開展大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作提供依據(jù)。方法:于2005-10-20/11-30運(yùn)用主觀幸福感量表、青少年生活事件量表、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持量表、內(nèi)在-外在心理控制源量表對(duì)江西省8所大學(xué)的1348名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查。其中主觀幸福感量表分?jǐn)?shù)越高,幸福感越高。內(nèi)在-外在心理控制源量表得分越低,越傾向內(nèi)控,得分越高,越傾向外控。結(jié)果:共發(fā)放問卷1348份,收回有效問卷1231份,其中男生539名,女生692名,大一學(xué)生421名,大二學(xué)生390名,大三學(xué)生420名,城市452名,農(nóng)村779名,平均年齡20.4歲。①男生主觀幸福感的得分略低于女生的得分,但差異沒有顯著性(25.97±5.80,26.61±5.03,t=0.309,P0.05)。②大一學(xué)生主觀幸福感評(píng)分為26.97±4.61,大二學(xué)生為25.35±6.37,大三學(xué)生為25.92±5.75,3個(gè)年級(jí)之間的主觀幸福感評(píng)分比較差異無顯著性(F=2.769,P0.05),兩兩比較發(fā)現(xiàn),大一學(xué)生主觀幸福感的得分顯著高于大三學(xué)生(P0.05)。③家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)收入低的大學(xué)生(家庭人均年收入≤2000元)主觀幸福感評(píng)分顯著低于普通大學(xué)生(21.58±3.97,26.30±5.43,t=3.015,P0.01)。④生活事件與主觀幸福感存在顯著性負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.289,P0.01),社會(huì)支持與主觀幸福感存在顯著性正相關(guān)(r=0.384,P0.01)。生活事件、社會(huì)支持分別對(duì)主觀幸福感的回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),生活事件、社會(huì)支持分別解釋了主觀幸福感變異的7.2%,11.7%。⑤按照控制感量表得分把分?jǐn)?shù)由高到低進(jìn)行排序,把分?jǐn)?shù)處于最低點(diǎn)的30%的學(xué)生作為內(nèi)控組的學(xué)生,分?jǐn)?shù)處于最高點(diǎn)的30%的學(xué)生作為外控組的學(xué)生。內(nèi)控組大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感得分顯著高于外控組(27.29±5.86,21.83±7.03,t=5.359,P0.01)。結(jié)論:高年級(jí)學(xué)生、低收入家庭的學(xué)生幸福感水平低,負(fù)性生活事件能降低大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感,而較多社會(huì)支持會(huì)產(chǎn)生較高的主觀幸福感。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and analyze the subjective well-being of some students in 8 universities in Jiangxi province, and to provide the basis for further mental health education. Methods: 1348 college students from 8 universities in Jiangxi Province were investigated with subjective Well-Being scale, Adolescent Life event scale, perceived Social support scale and Intrinsic external locus of Control scale between October and November 30, 2005. The higher the score of subjective well-being scale, the higher the well-being. The lower the score of internal and external locus of control, the more inclined to internal control, the higher the score, the more outward control. Results: a total of 1348 questionnaires were sent out and 1231 valid questionnaires were collected, including 539 boys, 692 girls, 421 freshmen, 390 sophomores, 420 junior students, 452 urban students and 779 rural students. The average age was 20.4 years. 1 the scores of subjective well-being of boys were slightly lower than those of girls. But there was no significant difference (25.97 鹵5.80 鹵26.61 鹵5.03). 2 the subjective well-being score of freshmen was 26.97 鹵4.61, that of sophomore students was 25.35 鹵6.37, and that of junior students was 25.92 鹵5.75.
