【摘要】：專家們認(rèn)為,心理亞健康狀態(tài)已普遍地存在于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體中。本文從亞健康的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),分析了造成大學(xué)生心理亞健康的主要原因:如心理失調(diào)、不良衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣、情感糾葛以及體育鍛煉時(shí)間少等,從而提出了高校應(yīng)增設(shè)健康心理的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師、完善學(xué)生管理制度、創(chuàng)造良好的校園文化氛圍和加大體育鍛煉等一些預(yù)防大學(xué)生心理健康情況出現(xiàn)的建議與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Experts believe that mental sub-health status has been widespread in contemporary college students. Starting from the connotation of sub-health, this paper analyzes the main causes of mental sub-health of college students, such as psychological disorders, unhealthy hygiene habits, emotional disputes and less time for physical exercise, etc. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to prevent the appearance of college students' mental health, such as setting up professional guidance teachers of healthy psychology, perfecting the management system of students, creating a good campus culture atmosphere and increasing physical exercise and so on.
