【摘要】：完美主義教育觀認(rèn)為學(xué)校教育能夠把任何學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為完美個(gè)體,使學(xué)生個(gè)體具備完美的知識(shí)和道德素養(yǎng)。完美主義教育觀無(wú)視社會(huì)其他因素對(duì)教育的巨大制約作用,將教師能力理想化地拔高,給教育制定了一個(gè)不可能達(dá)到的理想目標(biāo),同時(shí)把實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)的全部責(zé)任和義務(wù)武斷地壓在教育和教師的頭上,最終導(dǎo)致了教師的不堪重負(fù)。完美主義教育觀在社會(huì)中的流行,造成了社會(huì)對(duì)教育理論簡(jiǎn)單化、教育實(shí)踐理想化、教育評(píng)價(jià)功利化的判定傾向。教育完美主義論客觀上引起了社會(huì)對(duì)教育的高度期待,但非理性的過(guò)高期待反而導(dǎo)致了現(xiàn)實(shí)中教育實(shí)踐的無(wú)能印象。完美主義教育觀導(dǎo)致教師嚴(yán)重的職業(yè)挫敗感,導(dǎo)致學(xué)校整體持續(xù)緊張,并加深了社會(huì)對(duì)教育的浮躁心理。
[Abstract]:The idea of perfectionist education is that school education can cultivate any student into a perfect individual and make the individual have perfect knowledge and moral accomplishment. The perfectionism education view ignores the huge restriction function of other social factors to education, elevates teachers' ability ideally, and sets an impossible ideal goal for education. At the same time, the total responsibility and obligation to achieve this goal is arbitrarily placed on the head of education and teachers, which ultimately leads to the overburden of teachers. The popularity of the idea of perfectionism in the society has resulted in the tendency of the society to simplify the educational theory, idealize the educational practice and make the educational evaluation utilitarian. The theory of educational perfectionism has objectively aroused the high expectation of the society to education, but the irrational too high expectation has led to the impotent impression of educational practice in reality. The idea of perfectionism education leads to serious professional frustration of teachers, which causes the whole school to remain tense, and deepens the impetuous psychology of the society to education.
