【摘要】：近年來高校學(xué)風(fēng)滑坡已經(jīng)是不爭的事實(shí),高校師生心理契約理論可以從一個(gè)方面很好地解釋其原因。學(xué)生期望和教師期望都對學(xué)風(fēng)產(chǎn)生正向影響,而且學(xué)生期望的影響更大。學(xué)生與教師雙方的品格和學(xué)與教的方式對學(xué)風(fēng)影響較大。大學(xué)生在校的四年過程中,心理契約期望值隨時(shí)間呈倒U型變化,相應(yīng)的學(xué)風(fēng)也隨時(shí)間表現(xiàn)為倒U型變化。若要迅速扭轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)風(fēng)下滑的局面,高校的重點(diǎn)管理對象應(yīng)該是新生和畢業(yè)生,其中新生的管理尤為重要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, it is an indisputable fact that the style of study has declined in colleges and universities, and the theory of psychological contract between teachers and students can explain the reasons from one aspect. Students' expectations and teachers' expectations have a positive impact on the style of study, and students' expectations have a greater impact. The character of both students and teachers and the way of learning and teaching have great influence on the style of study. In the course of four years, the expectation of psychological contract changes with time, and the corresponding style of study also changes with time. If we want to reverse the decline of the style of study quickly, the key management objects of colleges and universities should be freshmen and graduates, among which the management of freshmen is especially important.
