On the theory and method of education evaluation and the investigation, this paper first discusses the way to evaluate the teaching quality of physical education, gives some methods and targets and then works out a classroom teaching quality form of physical education. The evaluation of teaching process and effect of physical education could be more quantitative and more scientific with the applying of this evaluation form. It provides the theoretical basis for constantly improving the teaching quality and teaching reform.

    With the implementation of the college expansion policy,in the context of the deepening development of Chinese market economy,the evaluation system employed by the Ministry of Education inevitably had important influence on the specific attention from the society,institutions and the country upon the teaching quality in class in higher education.Based on the application of "Expert's evaluation system of schoolroom education quality of young teacher's technical courses in Gym educational institutions",with the combination of relevant research methods,this research established and implemented "Expert's Evaluation System on the Teaching Quality of PE Technical Teaching among Young Teachers" in Wuhan Institute of PE.Meanwhile,in 2004 empirical research was conducted in order to evaluate the above 'Teaching Quality Evaluation'.The main factors were proposed in this study in order to improve the classroom teaching quality of young teachers in Wuhan Institute of PE.

    高校招收規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張,我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸深化,教育部所采取的評估制度,勢必導(dǎo)致高校、社會、國家對高校青年教師課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的高度重視。提高我國體育院校青年教師課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為迫在眉睫的任務(wù)。繼《體育院校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用》的研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過相關(guān)研究方法,在制定出《體育院校青年教師術(shù)科課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量專家評估體系》的同時,對2004年度武漢體院青年教師術(shù)科課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量專家評估工作進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并提出了未來提高我國體育院校青年教師術(shù)課課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的主要因素。
