促進(jìn)教育公平關(guān)鍵在提高農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量——對實(shí)施新修訂的《義務(wù)教育法》的幾點(diǎn)思考

【摘要】:義務(wù)教育本質(zhì)上是公平、平等的教育。義務(wù)教育階段的教育公平不僅指這一階段適齡兒童、少年均擁有平等的入學(xué)機(jī)會,同時(shí)也指這一階段教育過程的平等。對義務(wù)教育的公平性既要有對數(shù)量發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的考量,也要有對質(zhì)量發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的考量。現(xiàn)階段中國城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育發(fā)展的不平衡,核心是質(zhì)量發(fā)展的不平衡。為了促進(jìn)教育公平,我們必須更努力地提高農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Compulsory education is essentially a fair and equal education. The education fairness in compulsory education not only refers to the children of this stage, but also refers to the equality of the educational process. The fairness of compulsory education should not only consider the development of quantity, but also the development of quality. At present, the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in China, the core is the imbalance of quality development. In order to promote the equity of education, we must make more efforts to improve the quality of compulsory education in rural areas.
