886名4-6年級小學生學習心理健康現狀的調查研究

【摘要】: 學生學習心理健康是指學生在學習情境中能保持一種和諧的心理效能狀態(tài),并在與不斷變化的學習環(huán)境因素相互作用中,能不斷調整自己的內部學習心理,達到與學習環(huán)境的平衡與協調。本文通過使用自編的《小學生學習心理健康調查問卷(4-6年級使用)》在山東省青州市師范附小、青州市黃樓鎮(zhèn)中心小學、蕪湖市師大附小三所小學4-6年級各2個班共18個班886名學生進行調查。該問卷7個維度組成。分別從學習動機、學習態(tài)度、學習策略、學習與考試焦慮、學習自我效能感、學習獨立性、學習堅持性7個方面來了解4-6年級學生的學習心理健康狀況,并在調查研究的基礎上探討小學生學習心理健康維護的教育對策。研究結果表明: 1.4-6年級學生的學習心理健康水平是隨著年級的升高而逐步提高的。學習心理健康水平差等生在所有被調查學生中所占的比重為29.8%。 2.學習與考試焦慮過高與學習自我效能感過低是影響小學生學習心理健康水平的兩個比較大的因素。 3.小學生的學習心理健康水平總體上存在著顯著的性別差異,女生學習心理健康水平顯著高于男生。 4.小學生學習心理健康水平存在明顯的城鄉(xiāng)差異,表現在:城市和農村學習心理健康差等學生和優(yōu)等學生在分測驗上比較,“學習態(tài)度”、“學習動機”、“學習策略”、“學習自我效能感”有顯著差異。 5.父母親文化程度對孩子的學習心理健康水平有顯著影響,隨著文化程度的提高,孩子的學習心理健康水平有改善的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Students' learning psychological health means that students can maintain a harmonious mental state in the learning situation, and in the interaction with the changing learning environment factors, they can constantly adjust their internal learning psychology and achieve the balance and coordination with the learning environment. The questionnaire (use of 4-6 Grade) was investigated in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, Qingzhou normal school in Shandong, the Central Primary School of Huang Lou Town, Wuhu City Normal University and 2 classes of grade 4-6 of Wuhu Normal University. The questionnaire was composed of 7 dimensions, from learning motivation, learning attitude, learning strategy, learning and test anxiety, learning self-efficacy, learning There are 7 aspects of learning independence and learning persistence to understand the mental health status of students in grade 4-6, and on the basis of investigation and research, the Educational Countermeasures for the maintenance of students' psychological health are discussed. The results show that:
The level of mental health of the students in grade 1.4-6 is gradually increased with the increase of grade. The proportion of students with poor mental health is 29.8%. in all the students surveyed.
2. learning and test anxiety is too high and learning self-efficacy is low, which are the two major factors that affect the mental health level of primary school students.
3. there is a significant gender difference in the mental health level of primary school students. The mental health level of female students is significantly higher than that of boys.
4. there are obvious differences in the level of urban and rural students' mental health. The results show that the students and the best students in the urban and rural areas have poor mental health and so on, and there are significant differences in "learning attitude", "learning motivation", "learning strategy" and "learning self-efficacy".
5. parents' educational level has a significant influence on the mental health level of children. With the improvement of the educational level, the mental health of the children has a tendency to improve.
